We were on a long journey down from Vancouver Island - Canada to ride the Oregon BDR. I broke the brake lever pivot bolt on my aprilia tuareg 660, (i dropped the bike) we stopped at moto shop and Brendon went above and beyond to find us the part that would get us going. Amazing service! We were able to continue on our journey. Thank you Brendon you made our day!

On a longer moto trip, couldn’t find anyone selling the small bottles of chain lube. The Moto Shop was awesome and let me use the shop can to take care of my bike. When I’m next in Bend and need something, they are top of the list.

I was in Bend visiting with family and rode my Honda CBR from Medford to Bend. I noticed my front end alignment was pretty off. I took it to them, and in 20 minutes they had my front end alignment impeccable. The bike has never ridden better. The best part is they only charged me $20. Highly recommend this place, they made my ride home so much better!

Great service! I'm from the coast, and bought a pair of gloves while on a moto trip through Bend over a year ago. Anyway the zipper broke (manufacturer defect) first ride out. Kept them unused in my truck until next bend visit. Guy at Moto Shop helped me exchange with no receipt or original packaging. Super easy! Definitely recommend stopping by when in Bend.
