I went in not even sure if I was going to be buying a car that day and wanting to see my options. Will, one of the sales guys, helped me out so much with the whole process. He was upfront and honest. His knowledge of the vehicles was astounding. We told him what kind of car we were looking for and the first car he had us in matched all of our requests! He was charismatic and professional, even putting up with my father’s own special type of humor. My dad can with me as he has years and years of experience with vehicles as a mechanic and Will answered all the questions he could come up with. The team with financing and everything else were patient and knowledgeable. They continued to work through a couple changes we had to make with the contract and never made me feel bad about missing something or any of the changes we needed to make. They really made the time and effort for me and I came out with a car that same day! I feel like I got the best car and deal they could’ve gotten me, I never felt pressured to leave with a vehicle that day but they made the whole process so easy that it all worked out. If we ever decide to upgrade our vehicles again, I will definitely be coming back to Will and team Hyundai again! I feel safe and secure in my new car and happy with the payments they were able to get it down to for me. Thank you Team Hyundai!

Joey at Team Hyundai of Bend was extremely helpful and made the whole experience awesome. It should be exciting to buy a new car, but in my experience, it’s been a long, drawn out process working with “haircuts in suits,” but this process with Joey was painless. I found the exact car I wanted without ever being coerced into something that did not delight me. They were very thorough about the warranty, financing and use of the car. I would highly recommend the Hyundai car and equally this dealership. My salesman Bryce was knowledgeable and kind and treated me like this was a big and important purchase for me which it was.

They were amazing no pressure to buy at all. They had the car I wanted to look at ready to go was test driving in a few minutes from arrival at the business, William Protzek was super helpful he answered all my questions and not once tried to up sell or pressure me most relaxed car purchase I’ve ever made 100% recommend!

Just went through the process of buying a car from Hyundai and was very impressed. I am a first time buyer and Cameron Yamamoto was our salesman and he was amazing! These guys are amazing! This was my first time buying a car at a dealership, and from the very beginning emails they were patient and understanding to my schedule. I showed up at about 6 pm and they stayed with me until after 9pm. My sales rep, Will Protzek was not a typical pushy car salesman, he was an honest hard working individual and he has our personal thanks and shout out. Thank you Will.
