Have tried Redmond n Bend locations n both are terrible. Only water car receives is when attendant sprays it before u enter. Machines don't turn on as your car is guided thru track. What a joke

Stop charging extra for the air freshener clips. They should be included with your choice of wash.

Just went through TWICE. A rewash after the first one was so poor. Didn't improve. Wiping with a cloth afterwards-- missed dirt. A lot of it. The guy next to me in the vacuum area said this was his first time. Showed me his missed dirt. Said he is not coming back. As I was going through another lane's car was doing a rewash. He was not happy! Maybe sedans are better, but the three of us had bad experiences with 1/2 ton pickup trucks. Time for a review. Maybe new brushes.

This is the first review I've ever made on here. I'm very disappointed with the customer service here. I'm a member of this car wash and their camera doesn't scan the barcode on my windshield. I find this very frustrating. What's the point of being a member if I still have to wait in line because their equipment doesn't work? I tried to bring my complaint to one of the employees and he straight up walked away from me and ignored me while I was talking to him. How Profesional. It was the kid in the leg brace. When I was able to bring it up with the employee at the tunnel he told me that they've been telling management about it and to fix it for months and nothing has been done. I had to back out of that spot so I could pull into the middle spot where it sometimes works. Then I watched someone right behind me have to do the same thing. Come on guys. We're paying money here. Have some pride in your business. There are a dozen other reviews on here that say the same thing so I don't want to hear your equipment is fully operational. I'm very disappointed and am considering discontinuing my membership. End of rant.

The vacuum didn't have the car wash I went to three times in my rig was still dirty feel like that the brushes could brush better get closer and a little bit more personal service

The only positive feedback I have about this place is the complimentary vacuum. The wash itself leaves streaks, dirt, soap and I have to go through twice. Half of the washing bristles don't even touch my vehicle. I reached out to management on their website offering to show photos and no reply. Poor customer service, poor quality. The touch less car wash or the wash company across the street offers more quality washes.

Went thru Saturday and asked for the ultimate car wash. My windshield looks just like it did when we entered. There were dirt streaks all down the body. The front bumper doesn't even looked touched. Undercarriage maybe got a mist but definitely nothing came off. Should have read the reviews first. What a waste. The brushes in the tunnel didn't do any scrubbing. They got real close to the car but never made contact. So aside from fancy lights and some spraying this did absolutely nothing to clean the car!DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ACROSS THE STREET FROM FRED MEYER to SUDS N SHINE!

One of the worst car washes I have ever been to. I've been there a few times, thinking it will work next time. My car always comes out looking like trash. I don't think a brush even touched the windshield, and I even paid extra for the wheel cleaner. I will never go again

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, THEIR CAR WASH WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR! I took my brand new car to this car wash and their machines completely destroyed my passenger side mirror. They claimed the damage was at no fault of their machines so they will not cover the damage to my vehicle. Even though the vehicle that went into the car wash before my car experienced the same damages to their driver side mirror (mine was on the passenger side mirror). I am left with a repair bill to fix the damages their car wash did to my passenger side mirror for $719.55. I am contacting and reporting their business to the Better Business Bureau.

It's been almost a year and they still can't make their membership scanners work. Why do I pay for four memberships when I have to wait in long lines? Why did they increase the cost of all my memberships when they can't even make their own equipment work?? Sad. Update: The response below is a bold faced lie. Firstly "all equipment is functioning as it should" is simply untrue. In the words of their own employees "we keep telling them they're not working and they keep telling us they're sending someone to deal with it but nobody ever shows up" this was a direct quote from an employee as she had to manually open the memers only gate for me because it refused to function and I finally asked why after months of the problem. Want more proof? Here is a direct quote from another review that got left about the same time I left this original one "Sitting in the membership line with a barcode on my car and it doesn’t work AT ALL. (Just informed cameras are old, but this is a new location…?)" you can see it yourself if you scroll down the reviews. I was having the same issue for months prior at the other location which is why I cite a year of having the issue. Employees at both locations said it was a problem that happened virtually all the time. It got so bad at this location they just put cones in front of the members only line to block it off. But hey "all equipment is functioning as it should" I guess that equipment is designed not to function? Their response about the lines are laughable. When I pay for a membership so that I can use the "Members Only" lane because there's little to no line in that lane, then it either doesn't work or is blocked off by the workers who are sick of having to run out and manually operate the gate I have to wait in line with everyone else, So do other members. The line gets worse for everyone... While the scanner issue has been resolved for months now there are new issues. They refuse to manually brush any part of your vehicle anymore including the rear windows. I stopped and directly asked if they would please brush the rear window of my vehicle as the automated brushes don't reach it twice and both times they said ok and didn't do it. This was last week. Around a month ago, without explanation they stopped pressure washing the vehicles that run through prior to entering the automated section of the wash. Now, as a result, the cinder from the winter roads is just drug against your vehicle paint by the automated brushes. The re-wash guarantee means nothing because 1. It takes too long especially if there's a line. 2. Nothing gets better after the second wash because they wash it again in the same terrible way. This is by far the worst carwash in town. I love the convenience of the service which is why I've manained memberships for as long as I have but the lies in reponse to my orignial complaint tell me this is not an ethically run business and I really shouldn't be supporting it. They only care about saving face online they don't care at all about their customers.

This is one of the worst car wash places I've been to and I bought the most expensive "extreme wash" options. My truck looked like a zebra with all the missed dirty spots. The kid on the infeed gave my truck a few squirts from a bottle but no brushing. Don't waste your time and money. Got across the road to Sud-n-Shine where you'll get a complete scrub of your car before you enter the car wash at $5 less than Surf Thru. Plus, at Suds-n-Shine they have complementary drying rags.

We have had lots of snow. It was raining, but my car was so dirty, I still got a wash. The two men who were wiping the cars down were smiling but wet. They just made me smile
