They never answer the phone, last time I was in the location next to Winco in Bend they let the phone ring for over an hour even when they were standing around and when i mentioned it to them they said it rings all the time and people can schedule online if they want their hair cut. I don't understand the reason they have a phone when they have no interest in answering it and make customers listen to it endlessly ring.

Made an appointment and got a confirmation email of what time to be there. When we got there, they said he wasn't in the system, EVEN THOUGH WE GOT CONFIRMATION. We drove 30 minutes for this appointment and they still would not take him in. They obviously don't take care of their customers.

TG for this Supercuts, esp. "March-Ann!" Had a special occasion and went to Great Clips..a disaster of a cut, had me go days later here. Got EXACTLY what I asked for..a simple " layered cut." My hair is almost straight..wasn't a tough job..just that Supercuts wants the customer happy..whereas Great Clips seemed more concerned with getting through the cuts. Thanks Supercuts!

I hadn't been to Supercuts at Bend River Mall in years. I walked in and girl made me an appt for that afternoon. Went back for my appointment. The 3 girls working that day very pleasant. Girl walked me to her station. All the chairs at stations had split vinyl on seats. After I paid for my haircut, as I walked out the carpet on floor and little carpet at door was filthy dirty. I owner really needs to do extensive cleaning and updating of the salon.

As mentioned by another reviewer, I was greeted first and foremost by "Do you have an appointment?. Please keep in mind that there was only one other customer in the salon who was paying for his haircut. I did not have an appointment and was told that they were booked all day. I went back to my car and decided to see when the next available appointment was so I could plan accordingly. Surprisingly, there was one available in about 10 minutes. I went back in and mentioned this to the stylist and she seemed annoyed to see me back. She checked her "full all day schedule" and indeed had an opening and started talking about how the appointment system was double booking. Perhaps it was. I should have left anyway. I asked for a fade on sides and back and scissor cut on top. This "30 year" veteran, proceeded to give me that fastest (and worst) haircut I've ever had and I'm an old geezer. In fairness she was all alone so I'm sure there was some frustration on her part about that, but I felt that I was inconveniencing her by just being there. I respect and appreciate how so many service providers have braved the pandemic but I rarely give one star, This experience deserves it.Service: Haircut

I've been going here 12 years. However in the the last year the service has been horrible. Try to go in for a hair cut, first question is do you have an appointment? Then try an set an appointment, can't call in the day before, since when do you have to have an appointment for a walk in busuness. Place was empty when I went in today. But still could not get in.Must be great to not care that much. So much for customer loyalty. If I could have given less than one star I would have.Service: Haircut

If you have curly hair please do not come here!!! A few weeks ago I went in to get a few inches cut off and long layers. The hairstylist proceeded to only wet and brush through the bottom half of my hair leaving the top half curly and dry. First red flag. After my cut I went home right away and straightened it. I realized I had short and long layers, uneven lengths all around and choppy blunt ends. It was so uneven I had to go to a different hairstylist to get a second opinion & to try & even it out, which she wasn’t able to do. My only option now is to grow it out and even it out little bit little to make it somewhat symmetrical.Such an disaster and worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I wasn’t going to bother leaving a review, but I’ve been so unhappy with this experience and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else thinking about going to super cuts.Services: Curly hair

I made an appt for a haircut through Supercut's app. It was easy and offered to add a guest. My wife wanted a trim so I added her. We got an appt for less than two hours away, attended a Dr appt and the timing was perfect. Borh hair stylists were friendly and did a good job. Price was anlittle higher than expected but everything seems to be getting pricier with today's inflation ramping up. They did offer us a senior discount which helped cover part of the tip. We are happy and will be back.

Went to get my hair cut on a Sunday afternoon. Used online login but website said that online login wasn't available. Naturally, I assume i might be able to just walk in and get my hair cut. Not so. I walked into this establishment and was encouraged because there wasn't a single customer inside. I was greeted by the employee on duty at the time and she asked if I was in the system. I told her that the website said online login wasn't available so I thought I would just drop by. She informed me online login wasn't available because they were booked up for the rest of the day and suggested I try another Supercuts the next day. I looked around the totally empty store and then back at the unoccupied employee, said thanks and walked out. I will not return. This is the second time this has happened at this store. Before I was familiar with the online login process I walked in and one of the 2 people on staff greeted me. There was one customer in the chair but otherwise an empty store with another unoccupied employee. I was also turned away by the employee stating they were booked up the rest of the day. Do you really turn away a paying (and tipping) customer when you have an empty store? Not a great business practice. I'm done with Supercuts.
