My review is also for the service center, not the dealership. They were really attentive and responsive about getting my car fixed quickly and answering all our questions. I wasn't able to come retrieve my car after service was completed, and this service center made it very easy for the transport company I picked to pick up the car. Overall really great service and very nice people!

I recently had my 2020 Ascent detailed because my dog and I are slobs. We track in mud and dirt as well as dribble food. In addition we had some sap drip on the car and I sideswiped a yellow post that left it's calling card. In 4 hours my car came back in pristine condition! Thank you, Dustin Piggott for never steering me wrong. You and the folks at Subaru of Bend ROCK!!! Larry Ishmael

Just signed my third Forester lease. I have only positive remarks for this dealership. From Peter to Greg and Fraser, the whole process was seamless. No pressure and more importantly: no games! My go to guy in the service department is Dustin. Along with Tara and Paul , you are in good hands. Special recognition for Jorge who, while detailing our previous Forester, found a ring my wife thought she had lost forever. Thanks to all at Subaru of Bend!!!

I generally take my car to Subaru Dealership for repairs. However, in this instance my husband took it to a friends shop. It was discovered (by friend mechanic) that there had been a possible mistake made by subaru on my last visit. Friend mechanic fixed problem and charge us roughly $300. I drove directly to Subaru dealership to discuss issue....As per usual customer service rep DUSTIN PIGGOTT was outstanding. Had I just taken my car back into Subaru Dealership they would have gladly fixed the issue at no charge. Mistake completely made on my part. That said.....Subaru's Dustin Piggott spoke to his supervisor and got approved a full refund! I honestly felt guilty taking it because the mistake was really on me. Subaru Dealership gave me old Bend Service and for that I am grateful. Andrea Wordhouse

Subaru of Bend and the associates were very good to me. My car was in the repair shop for 3 - 4 months, but I was able to use the loaner car throughout the whole summer. It was wonderful to be treated with respect and confidence that my car would be repaired. Then when the car was done, I was told my bill was only $38!!!! Subaru picked up the cost of repairing my car due to the length of time it took to repair it.

Purchased 2 cars from Subaru of Bend. That was the high point. After that every interaction I have there gets progressively worse. I don't know if it's the never ending construction at the dealership, the economy, or management but it seems like no one is happy that works there. My bet is management/ownership issues as that's usually the reason when every department is having issues. The sales manager was rude, the parts desk people are never in a good mood, they can't keep techs in the service center, and repairs don't get fixed. I've had one warranty problem looked at 4 times and they never fixed it. Someone needs to step in and turn around this dealership. Unfortunately it's the only Subaru dealership within 100 miles.

Even though it takes so long to get an oil change appointment at Subaru of Bend, I'm giving them 5 stars. The 5 stars should really go to Brendon at The express service counter. Today my Crosstrek couldn't update the software & said it was shutting down the system. Everything went away; backup camera, radio, etc. just a black screen. Brendon was so nice & took the time to to disconnect & reconnect things & got my system back up & running! Thank you very much Brendon!Debbie

We just had a remarkable buying experience with Josh. He was so pleasant to work with and we felt that we got good value for our money. Even talking with Fraser in finance was a good experience, and that is usually the part I detest doing because of bad experiences in the past. We highly recommend Subaru of Bend!

We just traded in our 2018 Crosstrek for a new 2022. We absolutely love the Crosstrek model and are looking forward many more years with this one. We purchased our 2018 from Subaru of Bend. We came back to Subaru of Bend because our last buying experience coupled with 4 years of maintenance at the dealership have proven to be outstanding.And this newest interaction with the crew at Subaru of Bend did not disappoint. Starting with the General Sales Manager ***********************. He was the crucial link to getting us a 2022 when new vehicles are scarce. Without his kind interaction this sale would not have happened. ***** turned us over to ******************* in the internet sales department. ****** tracked the incoming vehicle, giving us regular updates. He requested photos of our trade in Crosstrek so he could estimate its trade in value. We did receive the trade in value that ****** quoted us earlier. During the purchase process, ****** was super easy to work with. He has a great attitude and that comes across in his friendly demeanor. This is something that has been lacking in dealership interactions I have had in the past with other dealerships. So I would suggest you connect with ****** and he'll take good care of you. To finish the sales process, ****** handed us of the the ****************** Manager ***********************. We had worked with ****** 4 years ago during our first Crosstrek purchase. This interaction was exactly what we expected from ******. Knowledgeable descriptions of the various options for add on services and extras WITHOUT pressure to purchase any of them. That's totally awesome because in the past at other dealerships we have received the HARD SELL routine. Not at Subaru of Bend. From ***********************, to ******************* and on to ************************* we received excellent service without any of the negatives we have experienced at other dealerships. I highly recommend this group. We'll be seeing them again come trade in time.

I brought my car in so have the sirus cm checked as it was getting intermitent signal loss. They told me they checked the antenna and ghe the problem was "inside the unit". 10 days to get a replacement radio. There was no charge for ghe seevice as it was billed as a "courteey exchange" from Subaru of America.After swapping the new unit it said on the service paperwork that The stenna was disconnected and indicated ghat I may have just disconnected it, Also says yge new unit isn't covered under warranty and any future repairs must be psid for by me. Also told me I had to call Sirius XM to activate it.After almost an hor with sirius changing over to yhe new unit, they told me it was linked to another account and that the dealership needed to release it. I called and left a message, but never heard back. It's been many weeks no paying for service I cant use. Still no XM radio at all. it does have a signal but no sound on any channels.So now I have a radio I cant use for XM that is not covered under any warranty. I'm going to have to go into the dealership personally to make sure someone gets my message and fixes the issue.I'm skeptical thisbis a new unit since it is registered to someone else and there is no warranty at all. I even sent Sirius a photo of the unit, but they insist that they can't activate it without the dealership's involvement.

Mostly good, however...Service department staff are great, my only complaint about this visit for an oil change is that when I went to pick up car they told me I needed a differential flush. Since you had the car, a phone call for authorization would have been nice. Instead, I have to schedule yet another appointment. Inefficient.Update: Inefficiency continues. Had to have a door handle and panel replaced on our Outback. When I picked it up I noticed the rubber seal that should have been next to inside of window was missing. Went back in to tell them. Had me wait 20 minutes while they tried to locate old door panel, only to be told that the old seal couldn't be used, they'd have to order a new one. Which, once again, means I have to bring the car back in. ??
