The only reason I come to this staples to get anything computer or office related when i can get it from another store closer is because the blonde lady who works at the counter is incredibly kind and friendly. I have been in here a few times and she is always helpful and she asked me how my tooth is because last time I was in there I got advil with my stuff. She is a genuine employee.

I ordered a new Epson printer online to be shipped to Bend Staples for pickup. When I went to pick it up, the box was trashed. But the manager offered to replace it from store stock before even showing it to me. I walked out with a pristine printer and couldn't be happier. Kudos for making lemons out of lemonade. Top notch customer care!

While visiting a Staples store, I approached the cashier seeking assistance. Due to her responsibilities at the register, she promptly called for additional support. However, I encountered a delay of approximately five minutes while others received assistance. It's important for all customers, regardless of their background, to be aware of the possibility of experiencing similar delays.

They only have one option for resume covers, that they want to charge a small fortune for. Plus when I used their self help printer, everything came out wrong. They wouldn’t give me a refund, and come to find out, they can’t print word documents or google doc files. What printer company can’t print two of the most common documents.

I recently bought a computer at a great price on sale and couldn't be happier with it and the service I received. The staff was friendly and professional and the manager Jason, was super helpful in getting me started with Microsoft 11 which was new to me. My husband got his computer at Staples a few years ago and so have 2 of our friends. All give this Staples store high marks.

Andy was so helpful and had a GREAT attitude. You don't get customer service like that these days. Got me to download the app and was energetic and positive the entire time. I'll definitely be back.

We have been Staples customers for many years. Sent in a print job this morning and the girl in the printing dept was too off putting and liked to talk over me, so I cancled the order and will be looking to do business elsewhere.

Please update your hours online to reflect actual store hours. Bummed to drive 45 minutes into town, just to see they’re closed.

I’m sitting outside at 715p on a Thursday evening and this store is closed. The google hours list 9p and state they were updated 2 weeks ago. My online print order also stated 9p closing hours. There is no excuse for a corporation to not post accurate hours. I’m very disappointed that I will have to make a second trip tomorrow. I guess I better call to see if they are open before I hit the road.

Print Center is the best, very efficient The store's advertised hours online show closing 9pm on Saturday: i rolled up yesterday at 6:15pm and the store was already closed, with a paper sign indicating new hours. It would be nice for them to update the online hours as well to prevent customers from wasting a trip.

I went in to buy an office chair. The inventory was wrong so all they had was the floor model. I did not want to make another trip from Redmond, so I offered to buy the floor model. I was told that the mesh seats rip easily so I should buy a warranty. The chair comes with a manufacturers warranty of 7 years. I was told the mfc warranty only covers setup. They said I could buy the floor model if I paid for assembly and purchased the store warranty - $19.99 ea. I would think if you were purchasing a floor model you would get a discount and not be strong armed into purchasing the store warranty. I opted to have them order another chair and assemble it. They gave me the online price, which was cheaper than the store price. I still had to pay for assembly but not a store warranty. I will have to go back and pick it up. Was very unhappy that they tried to force my to pay for a store warranty.

It is 8:30 a.m. on a Friday and I'm sitting outside a closed store in Bend oregon. Everything online says 8:00 a.m. open. I am terribly displeased at how this store is wasting a business owners time by not updating their information

The library print services weren't working so I called Staples to ask if there was a way to print a PDF file link from an email. The guy was really nice on the phone and told me to come in an he'd help me out. When I got there he was super helpful and personable. It was an easy process and a pleasant experience. I wish I looked at his name. Young-ish, short hair, glasses I think. :)
