Staff seemed to be having a good time. David was knowledgeable and polite. There was an issue with my account that we still haven't figured out but he did give it his best effort.

Go to another store. Employee took my phone apart to find the problem. The next day I find out the guy didn’t put everything back & was extremely rude when I called to ask about it. Said “so what, everything can fixed.”I never write reviews.

Was if I was intruding on their extended break. Actually walked over to best buy and bought two I phone 14s. Never got the feeling they wanted to sell anything.

Braedon helped us. He was amazing. We didn’t have any data and had went to other stores and they pushed us away telling us there was nothing they could do. We spoke with Braedon, he fixed our plan, got us a better deal and went above and beyond to assist us! Best service we have gotten! Give this guy a promotion!

T-Mobil was amazing! Great Deals and Savings. Although I didn't know my new phone doesn't come with a plug in adapter till my phone was completely dead and had to wait till the next day to ask and found no phone has one anymore. Just one more was the phone company figured out a way for you to pay. Luckily it was only $20, I did have to buy one for all 3 phones I have for my family and also one adapter for our car. ??In the end I did get a lot of deals and Savings with T-mobile, my old phone company really tried to talk me out of leaving.

I had been talking to customer service on the phone and they told me to go into a store. I came here and started explaining the issue and the two guys (working on Saturday 5/14 in the morning) started talking over me. I asked then to listen and stop talking over me. Beginning to explain the problem they interuppted me again. My boyfriend asked them to listen to the whole story and one of the guys held up his hand and rudly blurted out "don't talk to me!" Of course at this point we got up and left. These 2 men should be fired. They where rude and misogynistic.

Great customer service! The staff really seem genuinely interested in helping customers find the best solutions to their wireless needs. I felt very welcomed and appreciated my the wireless expert that assisted me named Braedon. Very happy with my experience with no complaints!

Terrible waste of time and money. After 6 months I have to buy out my family's phones for $3K and move to a different carrier. Coverage in Central Oregon is VERY spotty. Their sales pitch was great ("we started upgrading in smaller towns like Bend instead of the big cities and are now way ahead of the competition in coverage") which is not true. Their coverage map showed my house with solid 4G LTE with 5G on the way shortly (not true). My coverage has actually gotten much worse over the past 6 months to the point that my family has trouble using the phones at home. I thought we were done with our landline but no. I don't know how you can verify what coverage you'll actually get - maybe check with neighbors. I stopped by this store today to see if there was anything they could do and was told "no". Service rep admitted that previous sales people were lying about T-Mobile capabilities. Be cautious here, it may not be worth the cheaper price - much more expensive for me.
