Love the service department! They are always friendly and understanding. My AC went out unexpectantly and they got me right in because they didn’t want me driving around without (hot and smoky). They diagnosed my car and got it repaired quickly!! Excellent customer service

I took my 2007 XC90 with a sunroof that was stuck in the open position to them they told me on the phone it would take probably an hour possibly two and they couldn't guarantee it but they were fairly certain they could get it manually closed and when I took it to them it was less than 30 minutes after they pulled it into the shop that they backed it out and it was done closed and they didn't even charge me the whole 1 hour minimum ShopRite gave me a veteran discount without me having to even mention that I was a veteran because they noticed my veteran plates so I have to say this is the most excellent best experience I've ever had with an automotive dealership especially for a service issue

Very friendly, responsive and professional service team. Very detailed explaining the problem, the solution and costs. A suggestion to management…when a customer spends more than $3000 to get their car fixed at Volvo Cars Bend, they could take a few extra minutes to clean the car inside and out! A nice touch if you ask me.
