We were into Mattress Firm today to look at beds again. We were greeted by Hunter, he has great knowledge of not only what's in house, but the info about product care was awesome too !Was nice for a change to feel good walking out after purchasing a new bed today.My hope is that potential clients go in and ask for Hunter !

I went into the store on Dec. 8 and a month later have not received the comforter set I paid handsomely for. The blanket I ordered did arrive, but it took a long time to deliver and the website did not even recognize the order number for tracking. I don’t know if the company’s problem is poor infrastructure or if everthing ships from China in ordrr to save money. I do know I went back to the store to express my disappointment my comforter set had not delivered to my house two miles away before Christmas. The manager said they shipped a second order at no cost. But that hasn’t arrived, either. Not to mention the blanket that did arrive feels extremely cheaply made and overpriced. Horrible company.

Jim and Brad were so helpful in our bed buying experience! We went in with one idea but came out with a whole new order because they took the time to really understand what we were looking for and needed in order to get better sleep. We feel confident we are going to love our new bed when it arrives!

We have had a sleep number for the last 10 to 15 years and loved our old one and just replaced it with a new one although it is very expensive ….we are getting used to all the new features on the bed. It seems to be working out pretty well. Unfortunately, we ordered a bunch of replacement sheets for our bed and the website is very confusing when trying to figure out which sheets fit your bed. A split means it’s a split all the way down the middle and a flex means that it’s split on to, what we ordered multiple splits sheets. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes to talk to a live person. They told me they were going to charge me a seven dollar fee plus shipping to fix this problem. I do not see this as a problem on our end and let them know that their website is very confusing as is the phrasing and they do not provide any pictures of the split in the sheets that you were purchasing. This is something that should be clarified better instead of passing the burden along to their customers, do you have to pay spend extra time on hold and end up having to go into the store to exchange it to begin with

We had a great experience in the store, purchase went smooth, delivery and setup went great, just one really big problem. We were told we would get zero percent interest as part of a promotion through one of the two lenders they had available. Turned out after getting our first bill, we did not spend enough on our bed (that was on sale at the time) to qualify for zero percent at 24mos. So instead we got THIRTY percent! Huge mistake that we walked back into the store to point out. Our salesperson said he'd have to do some research and get back to us after another salesperson pointed out to him there was a minimum balance to qualify. They have never attempted to reach us since. I would recommend nearly everything about our experience except the lack of knowledge of their own promos and ghosting us when we brought it to their attention. A couple points difference I could have lived with but 0 to 30 percent was ridiculous. If it wasn't for recent spinal surgery, I'd have returned the bed.

Customer service we received were great. On the other hand we were not told that there would be a $200 delivery fee that you cannot avoid. You do not have the choice to pick the bed up yourself. You only have a small window of dates available to recieve the bed as well which was very inconvenient.Although the bed may work for some it did not work for us. We now have to pay another $200 to get the bed picked up. You are not aloud to drop off at the store . There is about a 3 month trial but it comes at a cost if it ends up not working for you.We now have topay a total of $400 for a bed that we are not keeping. We were told we get 2 lumbar pillows free of charge with our bed as a promotion but was charged for those as well and not refunded. Also we purchased a very expensive mattress cover that we cannot return because it is used and was about a little over $200.Conclusion,we are paying $600 for a pain in the behind transaction and only a $600 debt to show for a bed that didn't work out. We now have Casper bed which was only $600 and is way more comfortable in my opinion. The sleep # reminded me of a glorified air mattress and We felt confined to our side of the bed. If you like to cuddle your partner this is probably not the best option. Just remember that more expensive doesn't mean that it is better. Good luck to who buys these, I hope it works good for you.

I have a huge love/hate relationship with this $8,000 bed. We have had so many problems with the sheets staying tucked in, air leaking from the mattresses, the cheap $170 sheets that fit the mattress but rip into shreds in no time, and the gaping hole between the mattresses. I regret buying this bed. It seems so perfect to have a divided bed that allows two people to choose their most comfortable positions, but the concept is so flawed for a married couple.

Joel the gentleman who educated us and helped up pick out our bed was amazing. No pressure. Very personable. Great experience. We are very excited about it. Jim was also very helpful in ordering and setting up delivery.
