The Christening present arrived! Shiny, tiny, braided silver baby bracelet. Little Josephine left it on all through the ceremony and party.
I emailed Silverado Jewelry Gallery and Shayna sent photos and offered help. After several emails this beautiful piece of jewelry was added to our family celebration.

I have been to this store several times and each time the customer service is impeccable. I'm low maintenance and sparse about jewelry and was intimidated to walk into this store the first time, but the staff are friendly, helpful, patient, and willing to work to find just the right thing for you. I wear the pieces I have bought here every day because they're so versatile and high quality. If you want a really good shopping experience with helpful, knowledgeable staff who are happy to see you, I highly recommend doing your jewelry shopping here.

I went into Silverado earlier this afternoon to find a new wedding band for myself. I had a wonderful associate named Jessie who helped me out and was awesome :) Great customer service and found the perfect ring in my budget. I definitely recommend this place!
