I can call day of, have them come get my vehicle from my business and they bring it back within a few hours. Each and every time the vehicle looks great! I can't thank this business enough for providing this service in Central Oregon! A mom of 5, small business owner and just not enough time in the day, this service is absolutely amazing!

Horrible management/owners, who could care less about anyone but themselves and the ol' mighty dollar that they swindle their customers out of by doing a half ass job and charging exuberant fees! The staff is a bunch of poorly trained children that use this as a first job (although they are not at fault and quite honestly taken advantage of by these people) and these kids are subjected to what can only be described as abuse and harassment in the workplace by their supervisors! Hard pressed to find a single person (not in management) that has worked there for 6 months...and believe me it shows in the service they provide! This is a horrible example of business in Bend and is a disgusting example of how a business should be run. The very brief encounter I had with the "owner" was less than encouraging and he hardly seems smart enough to run a gumball machine let alone an entire business! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, don't support this kind of business in Bend!

They are in no rush it dry your rig! I got gas, vacuumed, ran through the car was, then set there. I sat 10 mins waiting for them to start drying! I left while they went to go get the spray to shine the tires. Took they're tip with me to!

We had a wonderful experience at the Red Carpet Car Wash and Detail, located at 235 SE 3rd St. in Bend! We are traveling from Minnesota and stopped for a car wash at this location on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. The car wash went smoothly. After our car was washed we were directed to stop nearby. J.D. proceeded to dry off our entire car, including inside the door frames, and wipe down our tires. While he was doing this we had a wonderful conversation. We highly recommend J.D. and Red Carpet Car Wash and Detail!

Rarely do I wait very long. They do a tremendous job. I had so many bugs spattered to my car I had little hope anyone could get them off but my car came out looking brand new!
