What was supposed to be a quick stop for mascara, ending up being a wealth of knowledge and an overall wonderful experience! I typically shop at Health Food Stores for my make-up, but thought I would try Sephora for a new mascara. Eliza not only took the time to help me find clean ingredient products, but also shared so much amazing information about products, and even gave some samples to take home and try... my face is soo happy!!! ❤️ I feel like I have neglected my skin all these years, and I will definitely be back to buy a few of the products she sampled for me. Can't thank Eliza and the team enough for your help, even so close to closing time that night! Thank You!!!

Highly recommend Emma at this location if you need a terrific Makeup Artist. She is thorough and considerate, even redid the eyeshadow I wasn't in love with and never made me feel rushed.

I've generally had really good interactions with the employees while shopping but I guess you have to be spending money to receive a positive experience- i called two separate times in the span of a week to confirm the return policies, i spoke to a manager and a beauty advisor that both told me the same thing "within 30 days of purchase you can receive a full return and after 60 days you can only do an exchange or merchandise card"- fine but why did i attempt to do the return in store and was told by the girl working the register "actually we can't do this returns after 60 days" i said oh that's not what i was told when i called to confirm the policy i thought i could just do store credit and was told "well yeah sorry there's nothing i can do" i'm not sure who is training your staff but being kind and knowing your store policy would be the bare minimum, as someone who works in retail in the same mall to be treated like i was stupid by the girl working after i specifically made sure i knew i was allowed to return the item is ridiculous and embarrassing. the absolute minimum i would have expected from her was an apology for the misinformation her employees/coworkers gave me yet instead she did nothing but imply i was wrong or dumb for trying to make a return that the staff at the same location said i would be able to make. either way the staff doesn't know the actual policy or doesn't know how to treat customers if the employees have made a mistake. with this being the only location within a 300 mile radius if simply rather go to Ulta than experience such lazy customer service.

Went to Ulta got ignored the entire time we were there. Went to Sephora, got greeted and assisted right when we walked through the door. The friendly and very knowledgeable associate took us straight to exactly what we were looking for (vegan, cruelty free eyeshadow).
