Royal Tint N Dip did my windows 2.5 years ago and I had a little issue and they got me in and re tinted my truck no charge with a next day appointment. It don't get no better than this. Thank you for always looking out for your customers. Definition of GREAT customer services. Huge shot out to Miguel. Highly Recommend.

10/10 recommend! I got full %5 all round w factory tints already on the back so they evened it out and I had this camera wire hanging on the back of my car for awhile and they tucked it in for me they're super cool and friendly loved how my tints came out. I missed having tints

I downloaded yelp only to say this. I am so beyond disappointed. The owner was disgusting and rude speaking to both me and my girlfriend. We have spent thousands of dollars and done many projects with this company and yet i'm astounded at how royal tint handled this situation. Went in to get my roof wrapped on my 2020 STI. After they were done at first glance it looked great. When I got home however I noticed three distinct things. Bubbles and lifts along the entire back of the roof as well as scrapes and scratches from a bad cleaning. That was something I could live with. I didn't like it but I didn't want to be a problem for the company. The final straw was when I got in my car and looked behind me. Looking up I could see the entirety of my headliner had a massive crease/crack across the entire ceiling from where they accessed the shark fin. Upon calling them I was told to come in and the boss would redo it. I was super stoked and appreciated the response. However, as soon as i got there one of the employees came up and looked at the car instead of the owner. She proceeded to tell me that the bubbles were from a previous bad paint job and not something they could fix. I really tried to be understanding about it and even thought that they could have been right, but when I brought up the headliner and got blown off again, I was irate. They sat there and told me that there was no other way to access the shark fin and that it looked this bad on every car. I was so sad. My car is my pride and joy and it looks like they handled it with zero consideration or respect. They rushed and it's blatantly obvious. If they had looked online for even one second they would have seen that you have to pull the clips along the back of the headliner, then pull off the inside C pillar plastic trim pieces. The headliner will drop down just enough to fit your arm in instead of having to bend the crap out of it. They refused to reimburse me and instead told me it was on me to order and bring them a new headliner. I'm honestly just sad. I felt like I was finally building a relationship with this place all for them to throw it away over a terribly done project. If you have a nice car reconsider coming here. They are starting to rush their work and it's blatantly obvious.Edit:Just a bit later I finally received a text saying they'd handle it. This doesn't change a thing and I still think people should know about the situation.

Tinted my wife's new car and today I rolled down the windows for the first time to look ( they advise you to wait some time for the film to dry) . It turned out great. Lines were super clean looking, they fit me in like a day or 2 after I called and had a very competitive price compared to others in town. Looks very factory.
