Customer service at register was non existent. The plump older lady was incredibly rude. Would not allow us to use restrooms eventhough we spent 73 dollars. Told us they were understaffed and the restrooms were closed. Another young man immediately stated that was not true. He apologized and let us in the restrooms. Shocking to be treated so rude by such an incredibly lazy employee. Will not shop Ross again, at all.

Ross is great store. You can always find anything for lower prices. My daughters love shopping there. The staffs are great always greeting you once you walked in.

Was surprised they had plus size clothing. Got a beautiful dress for my daughters wedding along with great prices on makeup. My son was best man.

This Ross is fairly new. It does not have as much as some of the other Ross's but it is a pretty nice store. Employees are always nice.

The Good- Five stars for Ross, I know! I've never been in one before for some weird reason. Bought a $120 pair of Nike running shoes in my size and color for $35 in like five minutes!The Bad- N/AKast's Tip- check on periodically to snag clearance rack shoes! Ross Rocks!

I wish I could find more shirts in youth that weren't crop tops. Also, I hope they will open the big dressing rooms soon. I am glad they have some dressing rooms up front, but it makes you feel uncomfortable when trying on clothes. Also you may be waiting longer to try on clothes. Great prices and super affordable. Love exploring what they have in the store. Such cute dresses and rompers for summer! They have stuff for your kitchen, kids, pets, cars, husband's, wife's, grandma's, grandpa's, healtha and beauty, and so much more!
