Love this store and their amazing customer service! Saw some beautiful ceramic Monstera coasters when I was there this past weekend with my partner. Didn’t want him to know I was buying them for him for Christmas. I called and Erin was nice enough to text me photos of the ones they had available still. I called soon after and purchased them over the phone so I wouldn’t hold product aside without payment (which they graciously offered to do anyway.). I can’t say enough about this store and their incredible selection of rare plants and local artisan gifts. Bend is so lucky to have them!

I stopped out front because the window displays caught my eye--truly works of art! Then I walked in and was simply blown away that Root Adorned exists!The shop brings together so many of the things I feel are essential to making a house a home (focusing on bringing nature indoors). The displays/arrangements are beautiful and are always changing--a good thing that encourages me to find a reason to visit every so often.I am never able to visit NW Crossing without stopping in and often leave with a plant, or a pot, or both--even when I was just going to have a look. My very tall ficus triangularis was a big splurge/gift from my husband because he knows Root Adorned is my favorite shop (Erin helped me get it safely in my car, of course) after a snow storm left the roads icy). My rubber tree plant is so healthy and happy in my dining room, and my family now knows to stop in for my birthday gifts from her shop as well. A ginseng in a gorgeous minimal, handmade grey pot brings a sense of calm to my living room, and is my favorite, I think, but I am also loving my new fragrance I just picked out last month.Erin and her entire team are welcoming and knowledgable about all things plants, providing plenty of care tips helping me feel more confident about coming home with a triostar stromanthe.Team consistently provides a sense of tranquility and hospitality that makes taking your time just to soak in all the ever-changing and lovely items a delight.Congrats on 6 years in business, Erin! Here's to another 6!

Beware! This shop is some kind of magical portal where you will walk in and suddenly fall in love with everything. It is impossible to browse and leave empty-handed as it is all gorgeous. Absolutely everything in here has just an incredible energy and screams at you to take you it home. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. I absolutely adore this shop and have bits of it in every room of my house ?

The Good- A wonderful, calming design sense welcomes you as you first walk in. As a serious plant person, I also really appreciate the selection and care given to their living collection.The Bad- N/AKast's Tip- Try to stop by once a while, as the selection changes, and you may find something unexpected! They've got an amazing Sol dish at the moment!

I live in the neighborhood and decided to stop in and browse. Erin was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with plant light guidance. I saw a plant that would work in my home and she is transplanting it for me so I don't have to! I love supporting local and especially when they go the extra mile for their customers. Lovely store :)

I was drawn into the Root Adorned store because of the gorgeous display and stayed for a while to enjoy the wonderful plants! What a treat! I picked my very first calathea and a beautiful ceramic pot a couple of weeks ago. Erin repotted the plant for me and gave me useful information to keep my calathea happy. I can't wait to visit again!
