Very rude, go in to pay for gas and walking up to the register have a lady employee walk out and start sweeping the rugs straight on to me, that's very rude and poor customer service

Susan Tonka? Local guide? Her review says this is a “cute store”. Ok. We need to be able to comment directly on other people’s comments. Like if someone says something ridiculous or untrue, I should be able to call them out directly. You get the feeling not everyone running the place is playing with a full deck, the subway inside is about as bleak and unappetizing as you could imagine, and if you need propane be prepared for an excruciatingly awkward or troubling encounter. Possibly with a woman in full-length leopard robe: her work uniform. And shes got stories to tell. It gets 2 stars instead of one for the convenience

If I could give a negative review, I would. Dana, the subway worker. Old lady absolutely a POS. I simply said that in the app there was a deal that was buy one foot long get one free. I told her this and she said "no this is privately owned" so I said I'll show her and as I'm going to show her she says "I'm not gonna argue with you I'll just give it to you for free". I said "umm okay". She then asks if I want it toasted and as I say no she continues to toast my sandwich. The meatball marinara I got was absolutely squished. The BMT I got, she was playing with the food and was wrapped up with the food falling out of it. Absolutely horrible store this women needs to go. Not to mention she was tweeking out and very shaky. Seemed to be on something.

PROPANE FILL STATION TRAINING NEEDS TO BE STANDARDIZED.I wasn’t going to write this, as I thought it was a one-time thing, but it happened again.First time: propane relief valve wasn’t shut all the way, dispensing a continuous plume of propane, in my car(Female attendant)Second time: I watched as another female attendant tried to squeeze 16.5 gallons into my 15 gallon tank. My tank wasn’t empty, and it’s never taken more than 14. Propane vapor is shooting everywhere, and she insists ‘it’s not full yet’Weird, cause the other guys that fill at this store shuts it off once vapor comes out.I tried to point the logical issues, there, but once I realized how dull this woman was, I gave up.This isn’t even about the wasted propane/overcharge.This woman was training a new employee on my tank, which would’ve been fine, if it weren’t the blind leading the blind.

I was in the River woods store this afternoon to get propane like I have been doing for the past 10 plus years or more and I was told I needed to wait 25 to 30 minutes for the manager supposed manager to take when I refused to wait and asked if he could come out and get my propane for me cuz I drove all the way there I was he ran out the door slammed the propane lid deal up and I said well that ain't no way to treat a customer he proceeded to tell me to f myself and called me a c sucker and leave my store buy your effing propane somewhere else said manager employees name was mat I am hoping when the man owner of the store reviews the video cuz his store has video it will show his employee irate and abusing his customer

The cashiers are rude never had a good experience here they just hire druggies in drug addicts in criminals too work here plus the gas prices are 50 cents to a buck more per gallon more then anywhere else the subway always looks dirty and the people making the food probably shouldn't be touching food at all

Friendly ,helpful employees ..fairly busy ,gas convenient ,but higher price than in town. Decent beverage selection and pretty good local pizza slices .

Been going to this place for the last 15 years and have seen it go through many changes over that time. I've noticed over the last several months they have made a lot of improvements. The store has got more options than I've ever seen, items are all priced, everything is fresh, both the inside and outside are always clean, and they have a great group of employees. Last time I got gas, Justin (I believe was his name) was quick to help me, washed my windows without me even asking, and thanked me for my business. I will definitely be back.

The gentleman with the black nose ring working The gas pumps this morning, this review is for you. every time my kiddos and I get gas this Young man is typically working he always has a smile on his face, he’s very polite and very helpful the pump this AM would not take my card without a pin, well my card does not have a pin on it so he said I would have to pay inside I stated I’ll just go to another gas station I’m in my Slippers he said no worries! I’ll take it in for you even though there was people at the other pumps he took my card in and paid for it real quick like I have had this happen before and every other gas station never offered they always had me go inside it was a small favor that he offered that completely made my day it’s nice to see they’re still good customer service in the world we are living in today To go above and beyond your typical duties is a dying trait common chivalry is dying. so seeing it live again was a big deal. My young boys were in the jeep with me and even commented “wow he was really nice mom what a gentleman, “ what a positive impact that small favor had on everyone we hope this gentleman continues to work at This local gas station regardless of the prices my husband and I will continue to come in and support just for the service

Lazy attendant, wouldn't pump propane !!! Stood around with his hands in his pockets between pumping gas. Said they were to short staffed to pump propane. That's ok, Arco (AmPm) was more than happy to take my $30 for propane.
