I spent 2 days and about a hour calling this pharmacy. The pre-recorded line would cycle through, I would select 3 and wait for a pharmacist to answer and they never would. It would ring several times and the pre-recorded message would cycle through again. Very frustrating but I decided to call Walmart and had no issue getting a live person to transfer my prescription.

Never answer their phones. I called back to back over 15 times and no answer. They also have my name and information wrong in the system and still have yet to update it so I cannot use the app. I’d switch pharmacies in a heartbeat but they are the only ones that never have shortages on my meds even though it’s a pain to refill it.

What kind of business just doesn't answer their phone??? I tried the option for calling from a doctor's office to see if maybe THEN they'd answer but, no... Do they have the ringer off or are they just ignoring it? HORRIBLE!

I've been trying to call for over a week and no one answers the phone. I'm going to call my doctor and have my prescription transferred to another pharmacy. Completely unsatisfactory.

Lady was very very rude at the front when I asked if they had a bathroom in there. She looked at me and very rudely said no! No bathroom!
Like geez ok ya could said it differently and lost the attitude.
Would not recommend shopping there cause that was my first impression. Mean young lady at front seat. No thank you I ain’t dealing with that.

Specifically the pharmacy. Do not bother calling, they answer maybe once a week. Going in physically is a 50-50% your RX is actually ready and then if it isn’t they somehow make it seem like it’s your fault.

The staff is fine but rite aid did not answer the phone for me or the government agent that called them.It was concerning Pavlovix. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE CALLED THE AGENCY TO GET THE INFORMATION FOR MY PRESCRIPTION. I am very sick and unable to get my prescription filled because rite aid does not train their people well enough. I AM STIIL SICK WITH COVID AND NO MEDICATION.This why I switched to Costco. sadly, when I got covid the prescription was sent to rite aid. COSTO was out of paxlovid.

Rite aid had the prescription I needed when so many other located by me did not have it. Rite aid filled it that same day and contacted me when it was ready for pick up. I went into the very clean and organized store and got my prescription less than 3 minutes even though I was in line. Another pharmacist came to help me.

I called right when they opened and have been on hold for over and hour and counting. My doctor sent a prescription over a week ago and they still haven’t sent it to my insurance for verification.

Although it was a bit frustrating that they don't answer their phones, it's understandable because of how shortstaffed they are. That being said, I am tremendously grateful for the work they're doing in the Pharmacy as well as the floor staff.. they always greet you when you walk in and Bob is my particular favorite. They have a reasonable selection of wine, And regular discounted items. Good energy a good environment. I would recommend this particular Rite Aid over other Rite Aid in Central Oregon.
