Took a bike I ordered online In because there were some issues assembling at home. Ansen was there and stopped what he was doing to help us with what was initially a simple fix. He then went on to check everything else on the bike and make sure it was ready to ride, along with helping us adjust the seat to the right height. He definitely could have taken it and told us to come back tomorrow but instead he decided to fix it on the spot and help us with everything we needed. Truly an awesome employee!

Need more employees. Always difficult to get someone to help you spend money. I often end up ordering on my phone in the store, when the thing I want to buy is in stock but not sitting out on a shelf.

can’t beat it because of the return policy. i have shopped camping gear online from multiple locations for multiple years and the online hassle (apart from rei) is definitely not worth it. rei wins.

I just bought a ebike from REI! And this bike is so fast! Thank you for selling me this bike! It's a great bike, it really is! It's a Cannondale, and it is fast as lightning! When I ride it it really gets me from place to place easier! So thank you! I really appreciate it! So whoevbe.er this review goes to, tell the person who sold me the bike, thank you!! It was my 21s birthday, my dad picked up the bike from REI, please tell the person who my dad picked up the bike from, thank you, I wasn't with my dad when he pick it up, it was supposed to be a surprise for me! And surprised I was!

I just tried to go shopping there but I didn't have my bike lock with me and Cameron let me know clear as day that I cannot bring my bike in the store.... so I guess I pretty much have to walk somewhere else with my flat tire because I'm not allowed to park my bike inside the store while I grab an inner tube...at a sporting goods store that sells bikes! 7:20pm

Great store for your outdoor lifestyle! The staff at the old mill REI are always very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes down to answering my questions! Definitely join as a member if you are not already one! It helps you gain rewards and coupons for future deals! I highly recommend this place
