The drive thru car wash does a good job getting all the grit and dirt off like you get going up & down the mtn & the hand dry at end is worth the extra few $$

Stopped in for some gas (12/30/23 around 230) and asked the guys working about oil. They JUMPED to help me when I really needed it and went out of their way to make sure I was good. Seriously the nicest guys!!! I will absolutely use this place for anything I need for my car that they can help me with ?

I can call day of, have them come get my vehicle from my business and they bring it back within a few hours. Each and every time the vehicle looks great! I can't thank this business enough for providing this service in Central Oregon! A mom of 5, small business owner and just not enough time in the day, this service is absolutely amazing!

Great place to get your car washed and some gas by friendly staff. They offer a monthly membership to get unlimited washes a month. Great value.

I'd rate Red Carpet -- SE location -- 5 stars, if the hand wash cost a bit less than $75. I brought them an EV covered in 6 months of winter grime and in an hour they gave it back in spotless condition, inside and out. The waiting room was clean and quiet enough to do work in.

I have been going to this location for the last 7 years. It was so amazing you could come in on any day at any time. Lots of hardworking young people would get your car immaculately clean in less than 20 minutes for under $40. Now they've changed their system you have to do your own vacuuming or take it to a separate location where it took well over an hour to get my car done and it wasn't even half as good as it's been in the past. Very very disappointing to see this change. I won't be back.

I've been taking my Pickup/Canopy, 2 generations, to the South Red Carpet every Spring Thaw to get a Thorough Clean after Winter Road Deicer Chemicals for Over 20 years.I am now in my Mid-70's with Stroke Damage, making it beyond Difficult to do my own cleaning for the last 12 years.I used to get the "Platinum" so I could get my Rubber Mats Cleaned from Winter Mud and Gravel.This year, I opted for the "Ultimate" for a More Thorough Cleaning, or so I thought.First Disappointment... After Paying, I parked at the Entry to the Vacuuming Station as all times before. I was told I had to do my own Vacuuming with my one good Arm and Hand.Second Disappointment... To get my Rubber Mats Cleaned I was told to take them out myself and place them on the Sidewalk next to a Broom leaning against the wall.The Attendant only hosed them with plain water and put them in the back seat... No Soap, No Broom.Third Disappointment... Unlike All previous visits, the Attendants Did Not Presoak and Brush the Wheels.Fourth Disappointment... The "Wipe-Down" Missed "Road Scum" on many areas of Chrome/Stainless Bright Metal... Most notable inside the "Spokes" of the Wheels and adjacent to Rubber Inserts on the Nerf-Bars and Rear Bumper... And the Passenger side Mirror was Never Wiped, still having "Leopard Spots".The attendant did reinstall my Rubber Mats when asked.Increased Prices would have been disappointing but Understood and Accepted.Decreased Service Steps and Quality of Service Is Not Acceptable.

I have always loved red carpet. They are the best car wash in town. They always cleaned your mats and did a great job on everything. Yes it took an hour but it was worth it. Today I went back to get a wash after a dirty winter and was so disappointed to find out that they've now switched to self service. If you want a full car wash like they used to offer for $35, you have to book it through the detail shop and pay $55. And it's going to take an hour and a half to get in. I am beyond disappointed. The employee there was very friendly, and said it was due to being short staffed. I really hope they go back to the way it used to be and bring the price tag back down because they just lost a lot of customers.

Staff is great and always does an awesome job. I have the monthly wash pass for the work truck and it's worth every dollar, which isn't very many dollars cause they have amazing prices. Truck gets washed twice a week (you can go every day) to clean off the Central Oregon debris off and the self-serve vacuums keep the interior looking new for my own preference. Thanks Red Carpet for your service!

Terrible car wash. 1/4 my car was covered with road dirt after their top line wash. Dryer didn’t do anything.
