Pulled up at 3:40PM for a simple oil change. No line, one vehicle already in a bay and another had just pulled in the second bay. Poor junior employee was sent out to tell me that his boss told him they were done for the day — almost a full hour before closing time. Congrats to the manager on permanently losing a customer, plus whoever else reads this review and can tell how little these people care about doing essential maintenance on your car… apathy and laziness is infectious so I’m glad nobody here ever touched one bolt on my rig. Buyer beware.

Thank you! Very profession, honest, easy to work with, and get your car done when they say. We’ve been taking our Mazda here since we purchased it and Kendall has kept all of our records, which is convenient and nice.

I have a 2004 Lexus GX. These guys treat me better than the Toyota dealership. I get my car back in better shape than I drop it off. I recommend regardless of your vehicle make!

Customer service and quality of technicians is hit or miss. Found my power steering fluid was low a week after oil chance and fluids check. Was clear the cap to power steering fluid had not been touched. Been going for years and this is not the only issue. Find other options if you can.Services: Tires

I have been so disappointed with the service I received from Kendal Ford when purchasing a car this summer. First, they told me a 100 (+) point inspection had been done on the vehicle but the battery was 6 years old and kept dying on me. They told me to go to quicklane to get it looked at. There was corrosion all over the battery and not only were they going to put the battery back in without cleaning it - they didn't want to take any responsibility for the battery. After three visits I could only get them to replace the battery if I promised to give a good review online. They also gave me an IOU for a rack system with the purchase of the vehicle. After taking the vehicle back in twice, the rack system is still scratching the paint of my car because it was installed incorrectly. Now they are ignoring my concerns when I try to call their inadequate service to their attention.I have owned Fords all my life. I used to know the previous owner of Kendal Ford - maybe it all went down the drain with new ownership. I will never give Kendal Ford my service again. I suggest no other women, or anyone else give them business. I get the distinction sense they think they can give me worse service because I am a woman.Although my sales person Brian sometimes seemed like he might be advocating for me - over all I got the sense that he was just like every other car sales man I have ever met and didn't really provide the service I had hoped for.

Bought a new Mazda CX-5 from Ronnie at Kendall Mazda of bend. Quite possibly the most accommodating salesperson I've had the pleasure of working with. Met me at the airport, even undercut pricing. Thanks for being you Ronnie!

I purchased a new F-150 platinum from, what was then Roberson Ford, and was treated great for service. I had an issue with my truck stalling and shaking and just wouldn't go. this happened on 3rd two blocks from Kendall Ford. I limped it into the service area and went in to talk to a service rep. they told me they couldn't even spend 3 minute to hook it up to a device to find out what was wrong for THREE MONTHS. I ought my own for $25.00 on Amazon got it in two days and found out it was a bad throttle body adjuster. had it fixed at Davis and Clark the next day. This last Sunday I opened my sunroof, but it wouldn't close. Called Kendall Ford and once was told the next available appointment was the end of September. That is a long time to drive around in a convertible pickup. Called Davis and Clark Auto Repair and am taking it in tomorrow. I will never buy another vehicle from Kendall Ford again. I had a new F 150 Lightening reserved to order. Not going to happen.Ron Wolffvery dissatisfied customer.

Called to and appointment to diagnose and fix CEL (check engine light). This is the second time I've tried to make an appointment for service. Both times they did not have any availability for 6 weeks. Ok the first time maybe it was a bad time of the year but now I see that's standard operating condition. Clearly they don't want business so once again I went elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst mechanical service department. We have a new Ford Explorer purchased at this location with extended warranty and have had numerous issues. The last few issues they tell us are not covered at all though we called within the regular warranty but could not get an appt for months. Met with argumentative manager who did nothing to make things right. There is no reason a 3.5 year old vehicle should be cutting you with the window buttons on all 4 windows nor a constant rattling noise in the exhaust which we have asked about time and time again not be fixed. Since we purchased it and use the mechanical department, nothing has been smooth or easy. We have vehicles from other dealers in town and have never had issues with them. Would never purchase a Ford again for this reason.

Horrible rip off ! I had a transmission service done a few months before Kendal took over ! Robertson charged $178 Kendall doubled the price for the same service ! They acted like it was because of oil prices ! Got my receipt and they doubled labor ! Cost me over $328 . Terrible customer service as well !!!

Unfortunately I have no control over giving Kendall Ford of Bend a zero star. I'm appalled at a car they tried to sell me and how they tried to pull the wool over my eyes. They said the car (2018) had been given there inspection and everything checked out. Until I pulled the CARFAX. TWO check engine lights showed up and then the car was sold. Huh? That's odd. Upon further inspection, the car had oil in its injectors and had been heavily modified. But they never caught that, and never said anything. Even after giving it there FULL inspection. Interesting. Hopefully this review will make people think about getting their potential purchase independently checked out OR think twice. Sorry Kendall Ford. You guys are gross. And I have proof.
