It was very easy to make an appointment and get an estimate. The staff was courteous and professional. Status reports were frequently provided and the quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend this repair shop.

They kept close to their timeline. Anthony kept a good communication line open with me, kept me informed. They did a great job. Car back to brand again. The only negative thing I felt, it took s as most 2 weeks to get the car into the shop , but they did great job well worth it.

They were great at updating me on progress. The last 7 days in the shop they told me tomorrow for a week but I wasn’t that worried about it so ce I had a rental car. They ordered wrong part which took longer than expected. I did notice my sunglasses clip on my visor was missing when I got my car back. Nit sure if someone took it but it’s gone.

I am more than happy about the repairs Professional Auto Repair did on my RAV4! I was rear-ended which put a big crease on my hatch door along with a broken rear bumper and back up camera. They made it look brand new including excellent interior detailing definitely recommend them and will use them again if the need arises!

Something mechanical broke inside my door and my window would not go up. I was 2 blocks from their place. They got me in right then, taped up my window, ordered my part and got me in as soon as it the part came in. Great people and great service!

Very friendly and helpful staff! I was very initially concerned of my vehicles condition when I initially took it to Carstar, but with frequent communication and updates, this was the extremely relieving as a customer. They did fantastic work on my truck and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in the area. Thank you so much!
