This location of Pro Caliber is an absolute joke. The salesmen here have zero respect for customers, They’re pushy & aggressive tactics are downright appalling. Not only did they leave me feeling pressured, but their sarcastic follow-ups and blatant rudeness reached a new low when they hung up on me during a call. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this cesspool of unprofessionalism. Your time and money are better spent elsewhere.

One of the worst places to get your ride fixed. Lousy customer service. I purchased a 2022 Can Am from Wild Horse Harley Davidson which had been at Pro Caliber prior to it being sold. I purchased the bike in April and today I still don't have the bike back from all the problems it has. Pro Caliber never calls and lets me know what is going on and it takes them a week to make a phone call to BRP and I get excuse after excuse on why the bike isn't done. Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from Pro Caliber Motor Sports!!!!!!

I had a last minute decent sized business purchase to make ($25k). Dylan was kind enough to get the process started on a day they were closed so that the vehicle and trailer would be ready the next day, as I was passing through town. All the staff worked hard and accommodated the tight schedule I had and was able to get on my way within a reasonable amount of time. I’d go back there if we have future purchases.

We went in to trade in my motorcycle, and we spent 1 1/2 hours just to get my motorcycle appraised.Just to come back and lowball us. We left, but I felt like I was not good enough for them. I was looking in the service department to look at gear to buy, and they never even acknowledged that I was there. but my husband walked in, and oh, can I help you. I was going to drop money there, not now.

I had been meaning to get the rear tire on my motorcycle replaced because it was showing belts and today the clutch went out on my car. I called up the guys at Pro Caliber and not only did they have a tire for me, but they were able to get me into the shop last min towards the end of thier day to get my tire installed so I could make it to work! They were incredibly fast and provided amazing service for me and had me back on the road in no time. Thank you to all the guys and gals of Pro Caliber, you guys serve your community well and I appreciate it very much!

I bought a new bike through them last week and the entire process was a breeze from start to finish. We agreed on a fair price within minutes over the phone, and they had all the paperwork ready to go for when I arrived. Dylan was awesome to work with, as was everyone else I interacted with. I would buy from them again.
