“I placed an order for stickers and upon receiving the proof, I realized I had ordered with the wrong material type. I decided to go a different direction with my order and was fully refunded and taken care of by customer service. Many companies will say no to a refund after making an order so I was extremely impressed with their company morals in this process. Will definitely keep them in mind in the future for other projects.”

“Used this UPS store for years for both shipping and a PO box. Rarely have ever had an issue, and on the one or two occasions things didn't go perfectly, staff helped to make things right.
Mostly I left this review because yesterday while I was in there was a "gentleman" who apparently had an issue, and was screaming at staff. "I only moved here a few months ago and have had nothing but issues with YOU PEOPLE" he screamed angrily, and hinted he would be leaving a bad review as he stormed out. To this gentleman, you should know all the customers in line who witnessed this spectacle laughed at you after you left.
