“This review is specifically for Jen - the store manager of this UPS Store. My dad got into a a huge accident near Bend and he had 5 boxes of very expensive wine in the car with him. Luckily the wine did not break but we had to get the wine shipped back to us in California from Oregon. Jen probably spent close to 2 hours working with us making sure the wines were properly packed, insured and sent out. She helped us with the boxes and advised us on the safest and most cost effective way to ship the wine. Jen was empathic, kind, and was wonderful all around. We are SUPER grateful for her help. I decided to go a different direction with my order and was fully refunded and taken care of by customer service. Many companies will say no to a refund after making an order so I was extremely impressed with their company morals in this process. Will definitely keep them in mind in the future for other projects.”
