I'm a professional designer and artist by trade and Premiere Printing Solutions is my go-to print-shop in Bend. I have been using them for a variety of projects, both personal and professional, from one-off proofs to commercial-sized runs, for years now. Their attention-to-detail, quality control, and customer service are second to none. Jenny, in particular, has gone above and beyond to make sure that every request I've submitted to them is delivered to me on-time, and to a quality standard that almost always exceeds my expectations - which, to be fair, are high to begin with. If you're looking for the best in Bend, this is it.

New to printing directly with a local printer here. The owner Brett was very rude and disrespectful. There was poor and often complete lack of communication. I found them to be overall unaccommodating in a bumpy first process, taking into account the learning curve that comes along with that.This business does not value relationships with those of use new to the printed goods industry.Their eye for file setup is sub-par. In my experience, they are very quick to blame the customer for all blantent errors in printing and cannot be trusted to catch or correct visual inadequacies. (Something I feel a good printer should play close attention to and point out since goods appear different on screen than in person). Can not recommend

I had been using another vendor for years for my printing needs before someone recommended PPS. I was pretty happy and didn't really see the need to change until I got my first quote for postcards from PPS and saw the amount of money I would save for the same quality and quantity. I know that my business cards and quarterly postcard order are not a big money maker for them but they always make me feel like an important customer. They're professional, friendly, and they do great work. Highly recommend them!
