Precision Body & Paint of Bend did an outstanding job repairing my 2015 Audi A8L.
However, the reason for the 4-star rating vice a 5-star rating is that they said they would wash the car. They washed part of the car. Not good.

Told me it would be $1,200 to give me an estimate. Edit: I absolutely did not ask to schedule my repair. I said very clearly that I was just looking for an estimate because I had already gotten 2 estimates and wanted to get the best price. If that was the cost someone in the back said it would be to repair it that is still a fault on your end, i’m stating what the receptionist told me receptionist. She didn’t say that’s how much a it would cost to repair she said that’s how much it would cost to give me an estimate. Based on your reply I feel like the inner workings of your business are not done very well. In part because your response makes no sense, you first say I was trying to schedule a repair and that’s how much it would cost, then you said that’s how much the estimate would cost. $1,200 is what I was told it would be to give me an estimate. I absolutely was not trying to schedule a repair, and I for sure won’t schedule a repair here in the future. For anyone reading this - Go to Lithia Body and Paint they have been realistic with me about repairs even when it wasn’t to their financial benefit.

We have had the pleasure of doing business with Precision Body and Paint of Bend. They are fantastic about communication and do honest business. They gave us a timeline and met it without delay. Our daughter’s car looks brand new. Elle was knowledgeable, helpful, and kept us in the know at all times. We recommend this business and grateful they are in Bend Oregon.

Well, for the first time in my 55+ years with a driver's license, I was involved in a collision. Rear-ended by a commercial van, I was not injured, but as it turned my new KIA with only 3K miles on it was TOTALED! The Bend KIA dealer told me that Precision was the only KIA-certified body shop here in Bend, so that's where I went. I will say that beginning to end, they were extremely helpful, answered all my questions (many of which were probably pretty dumb) and gave me loads of spot-on advice. Hats off to Ellie, who did a fantastic job of holding my hand! If I ever need any body work, this is where I'll be headed!

The staff at Precision Body & Paint were amazing! Elizabeth Holman answered all my questions promptly, and gave me constant updates through their txt message system. There was a lot of work to be done on my vehicle and they made the process smooth and quick! We will be back with any future body/paint needs!

I had body work done on my car.it is a 2013 Nissan Rogue. Tammy and Dan are great at keeping me informed. The car repair is great and I got the car back in a timely manor as I only have one car.
