Just stopped in to have my dogs nails trimmed. She did a great job and even gave us a bag of treats to go. Will be coming back again.

Great services! The owner genuinely cares about animals. Every time we saw her she had given my dog a goody bag. She also gave my dog a squeaky toy, which she loves! Grooming services were great! Gave my dog exactly what she needed and I can tell she did it with care :) highly recommend her!

I have a long haired cat who had become quite matted. He had never been professionally groomed so we weren’t sure how it would go. His haircut looks amazing and he’s far more comfortable. I will definitely be a repeat customer. There were any loud dog sounds which was something I was worried about with larger grooming companies. My cat didn’t seem super stressed when we got home and has been in a great mood ever since he got his haircut. Very impressed with the quality of the service. If you have a long haired cat and need a groomer I would highly recommend Precious Paws.

The experience is always good and my dog behaves well with them. He will not let me touch his paws with any kind of nail device but we get quick and great service from precious paws ?

Precious Paws took great care of Sherpa! Unlike other places that keep your dog for 5 plus hours, Sherpa was in and out in a respectable amount of time, looked great and was happy. I even got a bag of dog treats for the road. Definitely the most affordable option in Bend and I didn't have to book 2 months out.

Kelly is a wonderfully kind groomer who really loves what she does. We had been unavoidably detained in Bend when my husband had emergency open heart surgery. Our little Shih Tzu was in dire need of a groom and Kelly was very gracious about getting her in quickly. Not once, but twice since we were there for 2 months. Lotus was happy to go back for her groom before we hit the road to head home.Anyway, THANK YOU Kelly for doing a great job and giving our little Lotus Blossom a whole lot of love!!

Kelly at Precious Paws is one of the top groomers we have worked with! We have a big Bernese mountain dog who requires A LOT of upkeep as he is prone to hot spots. His skin is he healthiest it’s ever been since taking him to Precious Paws. Kelly is professional, on time, and GREAT with both of our dogs. We feel like we won the lottery finding such a wonderful groomer!

Highly recommend! I took my 5 month old scotty dog x pomchi for a Meet & Greet/Bath & Brush and he came back smelling and looking so good! I love that it is a very intimate experience and it took under an hour - that way you know your baby isn't waiting around! She even provided homemade doggie treats for my lil' buddy. Kelly did an amazing job - my focus for him was around the face, sanitary regions, and nails and my boy can finally see now! I was afraid he would be a little shaken after his first grooming and he was totally fine! Kelly is an expert in dog behavior/dog psychology and she really helped me out with my puppy training questions. I loved all of her feedback for my baby boy and happy to have found a groomer for him!

I have 3 shih-tzus who love going here. my dogs are my babies- i try to provide them with only the best, and kelly at precious paws is exactly that. Im kind of ashamed to say I used to take them to petsmart just because it was so convenient to book online, but Precious Paws has online booking too so I figured I'd try it. i'm so so so glad i did. they used to shake in fear when we'd get to petsmart, but now they shake from excitement when they see Kelly. plus she sends them home with home-baked cookies that they go absolutely nuts over. for Easter, she even sent them home with a couple easter eggs filled with cookies, which was a cute and fun little surprise. I especially like taking them here because it's in her home, and it's comfortable. I've worked in 2 different grooming salons in the past... they tend to be pretty sterile (bare) and deafeningly loud. these places were overwhelming for me, so i couldn't imagine what it felt like to a little 5lb dog. Precious Paws is calm like a true "spa" experience should be . theres also a fenced little garden area for them to run around, and toys to keep them busy. (petunia even liked one of the toys so much she tried to sneak it home with us... kelly didn't seem to mind). they go see her once a month and always come back looking cute as a button. i also had them boarded with Kelly recently, because i knew they would be in good hands. it was my first time being away from them for that long, but i seriously didn't worry about them once because i knew they were in great hands. it's very apparent that kelly has a lot of knowledge, experience, and love for animals. i do have a few comments on one review from "Nikki" in 2013- -EVERY groomer/dog service place has contracts you must sign... it's 2019 and people are sue-crazy. yes, accidents happen, and its to protect both parties. you also sign contracts when you take your kids to the doctor... that doesn't mean they are bad at what they do, or out to hurt them. in fact, i had to sign a new contract every single time i dropped off any of my dogs at petsmart. i've also had to sign contracts for every other groomer i have ever been to, from the east to the west coast, for the past 10+ years. this isn't anything new or unusual. i'll probably keep my other comments to myself, but i will say this: melodramatic and non-evidenced based slander from 6+ years ago really doesn't belong on this website. anyway, if you love your pups as much as i do, believe me when i say they'll love going to kelly at precious paws!!!

How is it possible that anyone could give less than a "5 Star" rating? Went to Precious Paws today for the first time, and all I can say is WOW! Kelly and Sara are two of the nicest people you will ever meet, very friendly and eager to provide high level service. Wish I had taken a "before & after" picture of my retriever, as words can't do justice to the meticulous and thorough job they performed on him. Thank you again Sara & Kelly for a tremendous experience!
