Every time I’ve been here, whether shipping for online resale, sending personal packages, getting passport photos, etc, I’ve been treated with kindness and professionalism. If price matching is a high priority, I will admit this place is comparable if not occasionally more than some shipping services, but the local vibe and help has been worth it for me. I live near this location so it’s far more convenient than going to any USPS in Bend.

I’d give zero stars if that was an option. The women working who does notary was extremely rude from the second we asked her a question.
She made rude snarky remarks every chance she could, talked down to me bc I didn’t understand something and was such a miserable person to interact with. We took our business elsewhere because she was so unprofessional and rude for absolutely no reason.

I ❤️ Postal Connections! This place offers superb, friendly customer service. I ship things from Postal Connections often and always receive quick and friendly service. It's definitely not the cheapest place in town but I feel like you get what you pay for. I would much rather pay more for ease of shipping and fast service than spending forever at the Post Office where everyone hates their lives. Time IS money people!
Anyone that says they don't like this place and that employees are rude is likely an entitled jerk. It costs what it costs and if you don't like it, then go somewhere else instead of trashing a place based on the fact that you don't like their prices.
I will continue to do all my shipping here as lost as Postal Connections is around!

Aaron at Postal Connections was excellent with taking passport photo, making sure my facial expression was neutral ( no teeth showing), mentioning how to staple it to the form so it would not be rejected and upon my request,offered to staple it for me. He made sure I had my check, old passport and highly suggested priority mail 3-5 days, highlighted the tracking number, and completed the address and mailing for me. I highly recommend this one stop only for photo and mailing of a passport renewal. They are extremely efficient and friendly!

The manager Nick was amazing he knew exactly what to do when doing Notarys and made the process simple and easy. I enjoyed his professionalism and knowledge. I will always be a returning customer here. Thank you for the 5 star customer service.

Nick and his staff are always helpful and friendly. He recently went above and beyond in helping us locate a letter (check) and some packages that had been delivered there even though we no longer maintained a box there. He made the extra effort to keep an eye out for these items and then gave us a call when they came in. Kudos to them for their great customer service

Excellent service. It was my first time in just now and I had stuff for usps, fedex and ups. The lady was superb and she printed out labels and everything for me. Love love their customer service.
