Plateau is quite literally the BEST vet clinic in Central Oregon. They are beyond friendly and go the extra mile to understand your needs and never shame you or make you feel guilty for the decisions you’ve had to make for your pet or yourself due to finances. Oh, they are also thee most reasonably priced you will find. Never try to talk you into more than you need but always make sure you know all your options in your price range. They are sooo transparent when it comes to cost.
They’re just hands down amazing and this is why we continue to make the trip down to use them from Terrebonne.

This is the best vet around. They are super patient with my high anxiety pooch and my spicy kitties. There is no interest in pushing tests that aren’t needed or food/supplements they may sell, it is just an honest wish to help us care for our pets in the best way possible. This is such a relief since money is tight these days but I love my pets like family too. The prices are the best I have ever found, which makes it easier for me to take better care of them. It is always easy to get an appointment, often the same day if it is early and we need it. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Dr Joyce and the staff were phenomenal. They were compassionate, professional and just wonderful with our beloved Bella crossing the rainbow bridge. They took their time, explaining each step of this process.
My prior beloved veterinarians retired, so I had to choose a new veterinary hospital. I am so glad I chose Plateau Veterinary Hospital.

Plateau has been my vet of choice for years for my five dogs and two cats. Dr. Cook is empathetic, knowledgable and flexible. Her staff is friendly, professional and organized. The prices at Plateau are the fairest in town. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Nail trim wasn’t worth the money paid . The technician barely took anything off. Normally they do a great job. Waste of money this time.

Dr Joyce is the best. He explains things to you so you can understand. He doesn't recommend things that don't need to be done. Prices are great too! I totally trust plateau Veterinary with all my pets!

I’m so glad I found Plateau. I initially went to them because they were close, but since then I’ve discovered what a gem they are. From tending to our rescue cat, who passed last year, to caring for my first dog and now our new kitten, they are kind, organized (never too many animals in the waiting room) and attentive with my animals’ ongoing care.
