This was the second Pendleton store we visited and we found the staff (J and R) to be most helpful at this Bend store. There had been some confusion on my account from the previous store and the Bend store helped resolve it. The staff are informative and helpful! Plus they had a good selection of products. We highly recommend a visit!

If you like Pendleton products, you will love the selection this store offers. If you arrive during one of their sales, you will find great buys. We found this store on our way to Crater Lake and ended up getting a lot of Christmas shopping done.

I'm not sure why this is called an outlet store. The majority of the items are still extremely expensive, or full price. Not to mention it seems like they sent the lesser attractive items to that store to sell. I was initially excited when I saw that there was a Pendleton Outlet store near me, but left feeling deflated and figured that I'd just order something from the main Pendleton website eventually, since it'd be about the same price AND I'd have more, nicer choices of product.

we stopped at the Pendleton outlet in Bend, OR. Although the selection was not the best for what we were looking for, the service was very nice. We were greeted and made aware of a sale that was going on . Our salesperson, Madisyn helped us find what we were looking for and gave us the discount available . She was courteous and very personable. She knew the products and was very helpful. We hope there might be more selection next time we shop there , but overall a nice experience .

Karina and her colleague were awesome! We loved all the items and as cheapskate Dutch we loved the many sales deals they had so we walked out with quite some goodies. We were also in the store in Pendleton and in terms of sales deals, this one probably tops the one there.

wouldn’t consider this a true outlet store despite being in the factory outlet stores strip mall. would be more worthwhile to drive all the way to pendleton to purchase there at the mill where the clearance rack is both extensive and actually affordable.
