I like doing business with Peak Euro. The recently fixed the brakes and took care of an electrical problem on our Volvo. They are helpful and professional. They provided a loaner car free of charge as well. I definitely recommend Peak Euro.

Just want to say thank you!! 11.5/10 TDI broke down leaking raw diesel while on vacation in bend and they were able to get me in quickly, diagnose it, order the parts, fix it correctly and give me a loaner all in 4 days. prices are fair, car is fixed. Chaundra was very nice to work with. Would have been 12 out of 10 but they didn’t have the peak euro air fresheners when I picked my car up ;).

Peak Euro is timely, honest, and easily communicates issues with my car. They are more pricey than many other shops, but if you have a European-made vehicle, they're worth the extra cost to ensure your vehicle runs smoothly.

Peak Euro makes getting my oil changes and routine maintenance hassle free from scheduling to car drop off/pick up. They are great at communicating costs upfront and I feel like my car is in expert hands. Much easier to deal with than taking to the dealer and definitely more cost friendly.

What I love about Peak Euro… besides the friendly attitude ? is the honesty… my engine light came on…my Q3 so I was concerned…thankfully it was just low on oil.. but they did a thorough inspection & I have some deferred maintenance issues I need to take care of… but they gave me a realistic expectation of the time frame & what to look for in case I need to get it repaired sooner ?
My trust level is super high with Peak Euro ?

Took my car in for a oil leak. They fixed the leak. At the price it costs I would expect the motor to be power washed clean and not still be burning the remaining oil from leak to be smelling and burning on outside of motor.
Great customer service in office.

Jacob had a staff member come to my house at charge my car and take it to Peak to diagnose the battery problem. He quickly had the problem diagnosed, gave me an estimate, and promptly installed a new battery. Excellent customer service!

By far the best experience I have ever had repairing my x5 BMW.

I cannot begin to fully express my gratitude for Peak Euro. As a female who doesn’t know much about cars, I’ve definitely had a few auto shops take advantage of that…but not Peak Euro! I’ve been going to this shop for 10 years now and have always experienced thorough, thoughtful, and exceptional care.
