Excellent customer service. I have had several pieces of jewelry repaired & they do a great job. I had taken a necklace to another local jewelry store & they told me they would repair my chain. unfortunately, they kept giving me possible issues & they were almost twice the cost. Pave repaired with no issues & did a great job. will never go anywhere else.

They were very nice people, but I am really disappointed with the work that was done. I brought my grandmothers ring in the first time to get resized and it was sized too big for me. I brought it back the next time and had it resized and it fit well but the band broke soon after it was worked on. I brought it in again and had it repaired and when I got it back it didn’t fit right, and they didn’t know what size it was. They didn’t size it, the only repaired it so now it didn’t fit again. On top of all of that, it’s now broken again. So after three visits and so much money I’ve wasted- I still don’t have a ring that I can wear. I’m so bummed.

First (and hopefully last) time buying an engagement ring and these guys made the experience incredible! They were very helpful without being pushy and were able to lead us to something that was perfect and didn't break the bank. We were visiting from out of town and they were able to get us taken care of within a couple hours with a perfectly sized ring and a happy fiancé

I was very happy with my purchases at this lovely jeweler. John was kind enough to resize my ring the following day after changes in fit and also tightened up the clamps on my earrings. I will visit again when I am in the area for sure.

Got my husband’s ring repaired here last year and had such a great experience. Just last week, I stopped in to find out about having a diamond of mine set in a new setting. I was yet again more than impressed with their customer service, and found a band that suited my style exactly. Just picked up the ring today and the gentleman who helped me made sure that the ring was textured/polished to my liking before I left the store. Will definitely continue doing business with the fine folks at Pave!

Thank you, Pavé for your excellent work. Sent in my 4 separate rings to get soldered together. They weren't sitting as flush as I'd like and they kept snagging. They somehow worked it out to get them flush with each other and soldered them together. Shined and polished.

My boyfriend brought a necklace of mine here to be repaired- a bracket on one side of the gem broke and they were the only place in town that had the proper tools to fix it. (It’s my favorite necklace. Ya girl was panicking.) Not only did they either completely replace or reinforce the other bracket too, they gave the whole thing such a pretty polish! Extremely fair prices and kind staff. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Did an awful job redoing the prongs holding my diamond in my wedding ring. Also, shipped the ring to LA without my consent to have them grind it down, supposedly to remove imperfections. It is a ring from the 1930s!!!! I had it appraised by another jeweler and I lost value by them making the diamond smaller. They took weeks to get a simple prong repair done. When I called asking why my ring wasn't done, that was when they told me the shipping it to Los Angeles. Be warned, if you use these people to do repair work expect them to ship it somewhere else, not be straightforward or even ask your permission for what they plan to do.
