I had an amazing experience. Ron greeted me with genuine interest. He actively listened to what I was looking for and then he suggested a number of options. There was no pressure to choose a particular option. When I made a decision, days later, I was greeted by Debbie who remembered me and remembered what I was looking to do. She made sure that it was going to work. The furniture is top quality. I forgot my checkbook and was told I could pay upon delivery. They made me feel like a valued customer. The delivery guys also cared that the set-up was going to work. They were impressive. I will be buying more patio furniture from them in the future.

Patio World Bend put customer satisfaction first and foremost in their approach to sales. I had an issue with a high end teak table and everyone at Patio World worked diligently to make it right.I hope their business benefits from their commitment to customers.

I have just had a magnificent experience with Patio World, from which I am in the midst of the process of ordering/taking delivery of some high end patio furniture. This is all a challenge now, due to Covid supply chain issues, etc. The first issue Patio World resolved to my great satisfaction was that they let me return almost $1000 worth of chair cushions. When the chairs themselves finally arrived this week, after being ordered online at the end of last summer, it turned out that the cushions that were the right size for the chair seats made the seat height much too high--in other words, it turned out that the chairs didn't need cushions at all, much less ones that were almost 3 inches thick. Patio World took them back and gave me a full refund, even though the cushions had been sitting unopened in a box in my garage awaiting the chairs' arrival for over a month. Yay, Mallory! The second great experience happened today when the cover for my new table and chairs turned out to be impossible to put on my new table, even though it was supposedly the correct size. Patio World took back the too-small cover (that was also wet when I brought it in, due to today's heavy rain) my husband and I could not fit onto the table and let me buy a larger size by covering only the price differential. Yay, Carrie! I will recommend Patio World to all my friends. It would have been so easy for them to just say "no" to me on both the cushions and the cover and instead they decided to say "yes." So I conclude this is a fantastic Bend business!!! I hope they will prosper greatly when they move to their new home on the west side. The Reed Mkt location is definitely a pain to enter and exit these days, so many people may pass them by in the meanwhile but I would encourage you to make the extra effort to get into the store and browse their great selection of patio furniture and related items. Also, they totally sit down and work with you to order something if they don't have what you need on the showroom floor. Thank you again Patio World!!!!!

I want to update a review I gave a few months ago. My patio furniture has arrived. After 18 months from the order date and 9 months after the original delivery date. They were very fair in the end. I understand the manufacturing company had many issues etc. However, my problem was that I was always the one to contact patio world for an update. The designer we worked with was very helpful and had great taste. Prices were not unreasonable.

They did a wonderful job on restoring a pair of Home Crest rockers that the moving company (Alexander Moving and Storage) tried their best to destroy. I really thought the chairs were going to end up in the landfill but Patio World was able to get the parts and the chairs are now on our front patio. Thank you!

This store is very well stocked and displayed. Even with winter upon us they have patio furniture displayed along with a full line of professional downhill skiing equipment.

The furniture is higher priced, but it lasts for 20 to 30 years!!! This is not big box lowes, home depot, walmart, fred meyer furniture. They helped us pick out furniture that perfectly fit our patio and outside living space. If you want quality go to Patio World, if you want cheap go to a big box place.

I have had wonderful experience with Patio World in Bend! I purchased a high-end patio set from them and though there were a couple of issues that came up, Patio World (& Paula!) followed up with the manufacturer and made sure everything was resolved and perfect! I highly recommend this store.

Patio World is a beautiful store. Very helpful, knowledgable staff and no pressure. Purchasing premium quality outdoor furniture is so worth it! We still have patio furniture that my parents purchased in 1960! It's still in perfect order and beautiful.
