Over a number of years I have found all providers to deliver excellent service, especially regarding complicated issues. Of note, the staff has been remarkably stable. Such a consistent staff is a sign for me of a solid, high functioning business.
Since I often go late in the day, Ms R....usually has been the one to patiently and professionally solve some rather complex mailing and delivery condundrums. She deserves extra praise and thanks.

I believe her name is Jamie/Jackie she was very rude and snappy on the phone today. She was unprofessional when asking about shipping rates on the phone.I'll take my business somewhere else thanks for not letting me waste a trip there.

I needed to send some medication overnight and opted for this place and I ended up spending a good $100 over what I would have paid if they had done their job and provided me with the least expensive option. They selfishly took advantage. I'm so disappointed. I'll never go back.

I go here mostly because it is close to home. The last couple times I have been in, Ryley has helped me with returns and flat rate mail. She pays attention to detail, focuses on the customer she is helping, and is so friendly! I wish all companies had employees like her!

They are the best. Everyone who works here is kind. I have been to a lot of the shipping stations in town because I had to mail for work and would go by closest at the time of need. I will travel just to go to this one. Super nice team, always kind, always extra helpful. I'm a big fan!

Very unhelpful when a package was not delivered that I shipped through them. Was told I have to go through USPS and they have nothing they can do to help. Rude and unfriendly on the phone. Unwilling to help at all. Will not be using them anymore. Postal connections has always provided better service.
