I had to ship my PC along with some very fragile components across the country and they took great care of my needs. Attention to detail was top notch and they truly care about making sure your experience is one to remember. My family and i have been going to pack, ship & more for as long as I could remember. They’re very fast, help with all my needs and some of the most caring, hard workers I’ve seen. I definitely recommend going here for all your packing, shipping and printing needs!

This store is the closest one to my home but I rarely frequent it because I run a lot of errands on the NE side of town and usually drop my packages off at Postal Connections.
However, today I stopped at the SW Century Dutch Bros for a coffee and decided to drop my packages off here, since it was close. There were about 5 employees working and one person at the cash register helping the other customer in the store. No one greeted me or said they would be right with me or made any attempt to even acknowledge my existence. They all simply ignored me.
After waiting about 5 minutes or so, I decided to leave and go to Postal Connections instead. At least there they are friendly and I can scan my packages myself and hand them off to an employee. I will not be going back to this Pack, Ship & More, as I prefer to frequent businesses that actually want to help their customers, not ignore them.

This place is great. I don’t ship things very often, but when I do, it’s nice to have people who care to help package and ship things to where they need to go. Everyone I’ve worked with has been very kind and helpful.

The people here are very nice and helpful...very friendly....but their mark up is shocking! I wanted to ship a package through UPS and their quote was $85......I then walked down the street to the UPS store and they charged me $42 for the same package!!! I understand a business needs to make money, but come on....

I was just in the store this morning to complete an Amazon return and Damon helped me. It was the best customer service I’ve experienced in YEARS. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and just pleasant! So much so that I called the store back to get his name to write this review. What a gem. We need more Damons in the world!

We are here multiple times a week and the staff is *always* lovely, efficient and knowledgeable. They make doing a daily, boring chore a complete pleasure. The negative reviews seem to be about money which is such shame because this place really is the best.

Utilizing Pack Ship and More is a pleasure. Whenever I get bummed about having to go to UPS or FedEx, I remember I can just swing by PS&M and be done with it! Friendly and fast service. Thanks for your hard work!

Very helpful. Assisted in troubleshooting print of my document. Positive attitude of all employees dispute being busy. Was able to print and laminate my document without having to schedule / call-ahead.Rainee and colleagues were all positive, professional and helpful today.Thank you!
