What an absolute pleasant experience I just had these two ladies were nothing short of spectacular in packing my package. I made an attempt to do it myself, and they quickly showed me that I needed help and they did an absolute great job with more tape. They packed a glass mug so well , it made it to NY without even dust! They are so kind, good at what they do, and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience today!All the employees are very nice, but Tina she was Amazing! I have been dealing with craziness trying to return wedding dresses that were supposed to be provided with free return shipping. SO I went in asking the cheapest way to get this dress to the address.She whipped it up in into this small little package I paid way less than I expected or probably would have had she not offered her help. Anyway, came back with 3 more dresses she helped me out again! Even showing me a $2.00 coupon I missed.On top of all of that she was kind, friendly and energetic.Thanks Tina!The company is lucky to have you!

Wow! Kellie went above and beyond to help me! I had a usps printable label and a fedex QR code for a return and she was able to help me figure out how to make the fedex label printable so I wouldn't have to go there as well as not have to wait on the long line at usps. She was very genuine, efficient and I couldn't be happier with the help I received! I will definitely be coming back here for any shipping needs- they do it all!

My current dog and I have been getting our mail from here for about 2-3 years now. The ladies working there are the best part about getting bills and such, because corporate America likes sending me information I already know or don’t care about. Most of it ends up in the burn barrel. I would highly recommend this business to Bend residents in need of mail and shipping services., they have also helped with printing and copies, plus their email address is super easy to remember. I’ve never kept an address this long but the employees are the reason.

I left her store feeling relieved that my work was taken care of and so happy with the excellent customer service!! She made a huge difference.
