Branch manager Stephanie is HORRIBLE!!! She has absolutely ZERO customer service skills and speaks extremely rude to customers. Is very short and unprofessional with her responses. It felt like I was talking to a teenager. Terrible service. She should not be managing a bank, let alone working with people at all. Absolutely terrible experience.

No copies were given at the completion of esigning. The statement was we don’t normally do that. Hmm. $7k for a $12k loan and can’t make me copies? Probably will go to the credit union for any of my future loans for a better deal, but at the time I really needed a sage vehicle for work.The girls did help at the office to expedite the cash needed for the car which went very smoothly.

Very nice bank. I have a very fixed income and wanted to consolidate some debt. They made it very easy and laid out all my options and we made it work. I had a very quick turnaround of about 2 business days. I worked with Susan and she was amazing!

Easy to navigate. Super helpful and caring staff and money came in less than 24 hours after I signed documents. Interest rate is high but if you have a low credit score they will lend and Zero pre payment penalty.
