The men's section NEEDS to reconsider their supply compared to the online store. There are so many regionally fit items that would fly off the shelves.Men's carpenter pants? Canvas flannel lined jackets? Not sold here. This is Bend! Literally 90% of men wear carpenter pants and canvas flannel lined jackets. The Old Navy price of these items online is less than half of what Carhartt sells at. STOCK THE CARPENTER PANTS. I've been asked about both while wearing these around town and am always shocked that stock is never kept in store.Athletic wear? Thermals? Vintage crewneck sweaters? Available online, not sold here. Bend is known across the US for being an outdoor city, why would the men's section not have these items? Maybe the stocking manager has no control over this which is understandable, but if you do have control over this please reconsider your market and stock accordingly.

Nothing in order or place. No one to ask for help. Only one girl at check out. I felt sorry for her.

First time visiting Old Navy in probably over a year. I couldn't figure out why the sales floor looked so empty until I went to the dressing room. It was a mess. Each stall had mountains of clothes piled on the benches, floors, and hooks. The floors looked like they haven't been mopped in years. I was in the store for probably close to 30 minutes and didn't see a single employee until I was leaving, but they were busy standing behind the counter talking to each other. Couldn't justify spending any money there after seeing how the clothes were discarded throughout the store. $40 for a cheap pair of pants that probably sat in a pile on the dirty floor, no thanks.

This was the worst experience in store. I stood in line for 15 minutes while only one person was operating the register and was handling return. I called the store line and asked for help as there were six people in line. The store manager ran up and answered the phone and I asked her if she could help open another register so we could move it along. She said no she had to wait till somebody came back from break in five minutes and then hung up on me while looking directly at me.

The sales associate that helped me was very pleasant and quite helpful. The store was clean and very organized. Right now there is a good sale. I have been shopping at Old Navy in 2 states and enjoyed both stores. First time buying gift cards. Good experience.

Natalie was Ah-MAZ-ing!! I'm in town for a work event and needed a few pieces that were not as casual as what I had packed... Natalie saw the look of pure panic on my face, stepped up, and helped me pick out two outfits that were perfect! She was so patient and friendly and just all around KIND.... Big karma kudos to her and the store in general!

Didn't see anything old, nor many things navy. The people are super helpful, and it's never typically too busy.

This is by far the worst Old Navy i have ever set foot in. There's a revolving door of associates and managers because of horrible working conditions. The fitting room area is always a disaster and hardly ever staffed leaving customers to throw their unwanted clothes wherever, yet it was so bad that they had customers try clothes on in their disgusting bathrooms that they never clean. Don't even get me started on the horrible customer service from the Assistant General Manager, Megan. I also heard the way she talked to associates and it is completely horrendous and no one should ever have to deal with that. The store is always in disarray, probably because no one knows how to fold the clothes or how to put them away correctly. Honestly, don't bother ever going into this Old Navy, your money would be better spent at Gap or even Walmart.
