“Called today and Spoke to Forest. I'm looking for Porsche Repair and he let me know that he has decided to only service Audi and Volkswagen vehicles. He referred me to another shop that he felt would do good work on Porsche's. Although Forest did not work on my car, he was kind enough to take the time and listen to me, and help. If you have a Vw or Audi, I don't think you could go wrong by giving your service and repair work to Forest. He listens and seems to know what he is doing.”

I finally don't have the terrified feeling after I had a horrible experience at Jiffy Lube several when I got an oil change on my way out of town. The oil cap was not closed all the way and my engine blew 400 miles from home with my year old granddaughter on the trip.”

“I recently went in for an oil change and was very happy with the service I received here. Normally I go to the other location on Greenwood, but their pump was down so they kindly suggested I go to this location. The guys here were very thorough and offered simple explanations for recommended services but didn’t push anything beyond that. I appreciate the 10% ladies discount on Tuesdays and the option to stay in the car while they service your vehicle. No complaints here!”
“Very much appreciated JC and the crew on the work they did. There was a small issue with one aspect of my alignment on my Bronco (it's lifted for performance racing) and they took care of it quickly. JC was also very receptive to some input, which I also am thankful for. The team loves donuts, so bring them in a few on your next visit :)”

“There was a few cars ahead of me so I figured it was going to be a long wait I didn't have time for. A staff member asked what I needed. Told him radiator flush. He had me pull into a parking space and took care of it fast and efficient and I was out of there. No waiting for all the oil changes ahead of me. That's service!”
“Thank you to the crew at Specialty. Our car broke down 15 miles outside of Bend, got towed to them late afternoon that day, they waited for us to get there. Diagnosed the problem first thing the next morning and had it repaired as soon as they got the part. Cannot recommend them enough! Amazing !!!! Thank you all so much”

“These guys are great. They do amsoil changes on cars for about $90, and the diesel truck change is about $160. They're quick, but they do get busy, so pick a time that shows them less busy on maps.... you also get a free car wash with the service. I've been coming here for about 10 years and they have always been great.”
“Although I not did purchase from Chevrolet of Bend, salesman Chris went out of his way during my multiple visits to understand and try to meet my vehicle needs. He truly is an exceptional person.”

“Helpful, professional, spot on service the way it should ALWAYS be. Tires checked/filled, windshield washed, lights checked, & more (they let you know when you're having other issues, or do things like show you your air filter & tell you it's good & not to worry about it- that's honesty). They check & confirm everything is sealed & good when done. Super polite to everyone. I usually do my own, but for the low cost & good service, this is worth it & saved me time for the past 2 years. I've read other reviews: folks, every business has an off day. Some employees are problematic but don't reflect the company & will be gone soon enough. Sometimes, mistakes happen & it sucks for everyone. That's life. They select your oil based on the most recent service bulletin for your car & mileage. Many who make claims here "sometimes" aren't telling the "whole" story. I recommend Bend Lube Express to all- give 'em a shot. I don't normally lend my support to a business, but my fam has gone here for past 10 years & it's been good for them, too. And, $50 for my oil & all the courtesy services is a good price. (It'd cost me $30 in store for oil + $20 to dispose of it- plus time). And, if they miss something on your checklist or check it off w/o doing it, catch it right then & there & be polite... give them a chance to correct it.”

“Honestly, I felt like a member of the family. Unfortunately, they could not do the repairs needed on my '18 Rogue but Hannah went above and beyond making calls to find someone that could help me. And even helped in getting my car there. It's hard when you are alone but I can say I didn't feel alone at that moment. I highly recommend them.”
