And even helped in getting my car there. It's hard when you are alone but I can say I didn't feel alone at that moment. I highly recommend them.”
“Called today and Spoke to Forest. I'm looking for Porsche Repair and he let me know that he has decided to only service Audi and Volkswagen vehicles. He referred me to another shop that he felt would do good work on Porsche's. Although Forest did not work on my car, he was kind enough to take the time and listen to me, and help. If you have a Vw or Audi, I don't think you could go wrong by giving your service and repair work to Forest. He listens and seems to know what he is doing.”

“There was a few cars ahead of me so I figured it was going to be a long wait I didn't have time for. A staff member asked what I needed. Told him radiator flush. He had me pull into a parking space and took care of it fast and efficient and I was out of there. No waiting for all the oil changes ahead of me. That's service!”
“The crew is always friendly and thorough. Never pushy on upsells. I never mind if I ever gave have wait, I would rather no one gets rushed and something gets overlooked. I finally don't have the terrified feeling after I had a horrible experience at Jiffy Lube several when I got an oil change on my way out of town. The oil cap was not closed all the way and my engine blew 400 miles from home with my year old granddaughter on the trip.”
“I recently went in for an oil change and was very happy with the service I received here. Normally I go to the other location on Greenwood, but their pump was down so they kindly suggested I go to this location. The guys here were very thorough and offered simple explanations for recommended services but didn’t push anything beyond that. I appreciate the 10% ladies discount on Tuesdays and the option to stay in the car while they service your vehicle. No complaints here!”
“Very much appreciated JC and the crew on the work they did. There was a small issue with one aspect of my alignment on my Bronco (it's lifted for performance racing) and they took care of it quickly. JC was also very receptive to some input, which I also am thankful for. The team loves donuts, so bring them in a few on your next visit :)”

“Thank you to the crew at Specialty. Our car broke down 15 miles outside of Bend, got towed to them late afternoon that day, they waited for us to get there. Diagnosed the problem first thing the next morning and had it repaired as soon as they got the part. Cannot recommend them enough! Amazing !!!! Thank you all so much”

“These guys are great. They do amsoil changes on cars for about $90, and the diesel truck change is about $160. They're quick, but they do get busy, so pick a time that shows them less busy on maps.... you also get a free car wash with the service. I've been coming here for about 10 years and they have always been great.”
“Although I not did purchase from Chevrolet of Bend, salesman Chris went out of his way during my multiple visits to understand and try to meet my vehicle needs. He truly is an exceptional person.”
