They do a great job helping you to get in the best position to get good terms on a loan, explain everything at a level you can understand, and the entire team is incredibly responsive and professional through the entire process. Dana and her team at Northwestern Home Loans were great in facilitating the purchase of our new home. They dealt with all the many details needed for a long distance purchase with competence. The complexities of doing all of this virtually would have been overwhelming if not for them. They kept in regular touch and explained the needed processes clearly. I've been using Matt and his team since 2005 for all my mortgage and house buying needs. He has always been professional, knowledgeable and efficient on getting everything done. I couldn't recommend anyone more if you are looking for someone to help you with a mortgage to buy or refinance a house. I leave very few reviews, but this group deserves it.
