Went here to look around and get some tips on backpacking gear. Left with a ton of helpful knowledge on not only gear but also where to backpack and general tips. Forest was super kind and a great help. I ended up only getting a map of the Three Sisters Wilderness. But I will definitely be back for some gear in the future.

Great gear shop. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Got a touring and mountaineering gloves at a good price. Gf got a great deal on 4frnt powder skis.

I've shopped here at least five times now, mostly for small things, but I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Expect to pay full price (although they usually have some items for 30% off), but the extra money buys you some great help with gear that you can't get online.

Great customer service. I’m from out of state and needed a new harness. I wanted a specific one that was sold out everywhere online and in Colorado. I posted on a forum in search of the harness and was pointed towards Mountain Supply, and they were able to help me out. Hope I can stop by the store sometime.

The best place for shoes!Four wonderful experiences at this store over a year, so big points for consistency.Every time I come here for shoes, they blow all expectations out of the water.The last two times I have had Travis helping me and boy oh boy does man have patience. I struggle to make decisions and want to see all my options. He has never made me feel rushed and brings out shoe after shoe, gets them ready, and helps you put them on for boots!Yesterday, I needed sandals for the river. Travis walked my through my options and the different styles to help me find the right sandals for my feet (bedrocks), brought out different sizes since I am in between, did the adjustments, and even brought out a different color at the last minute, just in case. Perfection.The two people at front when I checked out were quick and so friendly. They seemed to enjoy each others company and you can just feel that in the store. They feel like they want to be there and share their knowledge.Just go here for shoes, you’ll be taken care of.

Bro, you are totes the harshest of mellows and really bouldering over my chill. I was stoked to drop-in, but dude you must be mad aggro stuck in the crag bro. Like, rap off dude with your gnarly vibes.I'm trying to talk in a way they might understand.Maybe everyone was having an off day. It happens at work. But when you ask about pretty common gear and pretty common rope and they treat you like you asked them to deliver pizza to your house or perform surgery on your dog... Not cool. If you love the Bro culture, you'll love it here.Went down the street and found the common climbing stuff I needed and they were infinitely more friendly and approachable. Probably just an off day, but I'll spend my cash elsewhere.
