“The employees here are amazing and very personable! I had spent a couple hours on the phone with support trying to get my home internet gateway working until they eventually just told me to go into a physical location. We spent about an hour with them in the store and the entire time all of the employees were friendly, engaged, and helpful answering my questions and troubleshooting my problem. I believe Ryan was the main employee that was helping us and he went above and beyond with his service and surpassed any expectations that I had going in.
