I would highly recommend seeking her out not only for her excellent customer service, but also for her knowledge concerning loans and various resources available to people in Bend and surrounding areas.I went into Mid Oregon to seek financing for a car and some significant Oral Dental Surgery financing. Chandler was able to help me with both. I got a great rate on my car loan. She helped me every step of the way, and sought out resources I may want to check out.When it came to my dental needs, she suggested looking at some additional resources in Bend that clients of hers have used.I looked into this dental resource which has great reviews. “••Edited•• BOTC (was) an awesome place to bank. (BOTC was recently acquired by First Interstate Bank, another home town style, regional Bank. FIB has done a tremendous job keeping the same atmosphere and) local feel and local connection (that BOTC had cultivated through its years of operation). Staff is (still) very friendly and knowledgeable. Transactions are quick, easy and accurate. No problems whatsoever. Even like the mobile app, it works great. Also, the name of the new owners of BOTC is "FIRST Interstate Bank," not sure why it's only showing up as "Interstate Bank."”

“I have been using this branch since 2016. It has the most convenient hours of all the branches. I appreciate the ATM withdrawal and deposit feature when they are closed.I have always been happy with the staff. Kind and friendly. As well as efficient. Only a couple time did I have to wait in line. And usually it's not too bad.Now I live on the South side of Bend and the location at Albertsons was recently closed. :(. I wish the ATM was still there at the Very least.Oh well, I still work next to the HWY 20 location. So it's still my best choice.”

“I just have to give a shout-out to Jen Troiano. She has been so helpful and constantly gone above and beyond with helping me and my partner with our banking needs. First met her when we refinanced our vehicles. Two months later we moved to the south and banking has been tricky since there are no Selco's over here. She's been so helpful especially when my card got cancelled. “I've had a pretty good experience with SELCO thus far. The staff have been pretty helpful. A few issues I've had they were able to help work them out. The only issue I've had is with the outside drive up ATM that has been having problems with for the last year or two it seems, for some reason they haven't gotten it fixed properly after all the times of getting it serviced. I'm hopeful for them to eventually replace and upgrade the system of the ATM. Thank you SELCO & LORD GOD Bless you all!”

“I drive across town to go to this branch. I’ve been banking here for nearly a decade now. The staff is always kind and friendly here which tells me it is as nice a place to work as it is to bank at.
We did both of our home loans at this location, the whole team is knowledgable and if you’ve ever done a home loan you’ll know there is no replacement for having an experienced guide, it’s a tough process, but they have your back.
