The guy that works there, Victor, really knows his stuff and is great with all aspects of the merchandise and in customer service support!! As long as Victor is working, I highly recommend that you try Metro!!

Victor helped me get my phone service working again Now have 5G working and of course I can stream Pandora again in car and pickup! Phone service is awesome!

Online it discloses that the business day ends at 6 but when I got to the store at 5 they turned me away (FIX YOUR ONLINE HOURS!)

My Fiancee went in store to trade in her old phone, was waiting 2Hrs to be seen by the ONLY assistant in-store. Basically ignored. 1 other person in-store was yap-yap-yap... Setting up a new phone which the assistant had PLENTY of time in between to see to my Fiancee.
Either employ more assistants or learn to multi-task.

One star not for this location specifically but Metro PCS generally. Madras, Redmond and Bend stores all shuttered. 2 of my 3 lines have bad SIM cards. They say I have to go to a store, can't mail me SIM cards...meanwhile I'm still paying for 3 lines! It's been months now, and with the price of gas I'm not going hundreds of miles just for 2 SIM cards! I've been a customer for 7 years, and I feel very frustrated ?

It's burnt down and closed who knows for how long.. I used the GPS a hour away wasted my day when someone could have easily just changed the site and said closed..

Store is closed, no other store in Bend. Update . . . . .There are no Metro by T-mobile stores in Bend. Those were franchise stores. There are corp at least two T-Mobile stores in Bend
