“The technician is always polite, swift, prompt, and goes out of her way to fit in the walk-ins without impacting the appointments. She is a highly phlebotomist whose skills makes the process literally painless. Plus, it's always lovely to see the her grandchildren's joyful drawings hanging on the walls. It makes the process feel less clinical and more comfortable.”

“The staff have always been friendly in my experience. Usually very quick, although they definitely have busy times. I will usually either call in or ask ahead for when they might be slower. Never had any issues with their technique and always been friendly and clean. Integrates (bills, test results, doctor orders, and website) with High Lakes Health Care since they are both owned by the same company which is great for high lakes patients.”

“Alright… I read a lot of these reviews and can definitely relate to the surprise of getting a new bill. However, that surprise bill is really the fault of the original provider for not telling you that they outsource their pathology.Yes… I also agree the billing department (who is outsourced by the way), is one of the worst I have ever dealt with.why did I leave a 5 star review? Because all those reviews are not really their fault… except maybe the billing department… they might want to set up a better procedure for that. If you have an issue, call the office directly and you will get some of the nicest and caring people you will work with. Julie at customer relations chatted with me, gave me great solutions, paused my bill to give me time to implement some of those strategies, and has been amazing to work with.”
