Mattresses have gotten very expensive but Rachel was amazing. She listened to our needs and showed us options more budget friendly but in the end we made the investment in the perfect mattress for our needs.

Bought a Kingsdown crown mattress a couple months ago. It almost immediately developed sag on both sides. They switched it out twice. Same thing. Finally switched to a sterns and foster for an extra $900. Employees were very nice and apologetic, however mattress firm should reconsider selling this brand.
