Met Mike while his team was pressure washing our appartment complex and the quality of his team might exceed the quality of their work. The complex needs to bring them back to keep it looking as fresh and clean as these guys left it.

We recently had our windows cleaned by this firm (inside, outside). I took off a star for some mixed communication, however Keoni Dagdag did an amazing job cleaning our windows. He was polite, efficient, and even had "indoor shoes" to protect our carpet. He was top notch.

Highly recommend hiring the team at MASTERPRO. We had our windows cleaned inside and out, and our dryer vent cleaned.
Their entire team:
- communicates quickly and clearly
- follows through on appointments made
- is punctual and professional
- is friendly
We are pretty sure that the house has never had a professional window cleaning in 20 years so it was time. Not only was Mike very friendly, he clearly explained all available services; both what we needed and what could be done without being pushy or trying to sell more.
When the crew arrived to do the window cleaning, they were on time and very friendly as well. We have two young kids and they worked around what can be a tricky nap schedule without waking either one up!
What’s more, they got the hard water off of the windows that were hit by sprinklers for years!
Again, highly recommend MASTERPRO!
