Sara is an Apple wizard. There is nothing she can’t fix. Allison and Kayla are also exceptionally patient, kind and friendly. If you are having trouble with any Apple product or you just need advice, Mac Tek is the place to go.

I had a situation with my laptop and had to have files removed from hard drive. Sarah was extremely helpful and removed the files for only $140, while Paul the Computer guy quoted my $600. He's not really a Mac guy anyway, as it turns out. I will always return to Sarah and the folks at Maktek for ANY Apple issues.

Absolute professionals. I took my basically nonfunctional Mac Mini in with no idea what was wrong with it. They diagnosed the problem within two days and my computer is back and running great.

I took in a gifted MacBook that needed OS system reinstalled and originally they said 1-2 business days it would be done. 5 hours later on same day I was notified it was finished. Definite recommend for Mac troubleshooting and repair.

Bought an older 2010 MacBook from the thrift store and brought it to Mactek and Sarah was soo nice to explain to me that MacBook wasn’t worth fixing or anything so she told me about these free older MacBooks and so she gave me 2 MacBooks 1 for me and 1 for my boyfriend and I highly recommend this place cuz Sarah is soo nice :)

Not friendly whatsoever. Went in to get help on MacBook and just arrogant and quite frankly shockingly rude. Rarely do I leave a review. In the service industry and own a business as well. I would be mortified if any of my customers were treat like this. Perhaps a bad day, but check your stuff at the door and come in to work and do your job.

Last spring we took our PC in. They said they worked on PCs too. I wouldn't trust them with something as sophisticated as a bowling ball, let alone a PC. 6 months later and still finding that old files (dating back to 1994) and programs weren't copied back to the new hard drive they installed. Gone. Kaput. They are still on the old, malfunctioning hard drive they returned, but just how do you access that clattering heap of data?11/7/2022 Edit: After the computer was returned to me, I bantered back and forth with the tech between April 21 and May 9 to try and get the problems resolved, including the product key for my MS Office that they didn't reload and along with my 5 seat Bitdefender subscription that they didn't reload, telling me that it was of their opinion that Microsoft Defender was adequate so Bitdefender wasn't reinstalled despite my April 5 request that they do so. It was so difficult to get any resolution on these problems that I finally threw up my hands, took my lumps, repurchased Adobe Acrobat and the MS Office suite. I'm currently shopping for a video editing software because I just discovered that it wasn't reinstalled either and haven't had cause to use it until this week. But yeah, the computer is fast now.

5 Star Company absolutely! They are very knowledgeable, great customer service and can tell me what’s wrong with my computer in plan English. To top it off they stand behind their work and the products they sell. I truly feel they go that step beyond and I greatly appreciate it!
