I stopped here after a long day for a quick self-serve car wash. The timer ran out in the middle of my rinse cycle, so I swiped my card again to finish rinsing and start waxing. I stopped the timer after the final rise with about 4 minutes to spare on the timer. That’s when I noticed my car mats were still covered in soap, so I reluctantly swiped my card for a THIRD time to take less than 60 seconds to rinse off my mats and stopped the timer. Come to realize I was charged $10 THREE separate times. My experience would be 5 stars had the advertisement of “starting price— $3.xx” on the kiosk been accurate. I was thinking $10 for roughly 6 minutes on my second cycle was upsetting enough as it is, but $10 for less than a minute in a single cycle is overkill and dishonest/fraudulent advertising. Super disappointing.

Great place to wash all size cars and trucks. Has a bay with an upper deck to stand on for larger vehicles. Good price. The access is a little hard to get into. But over all I would recommend this wash to anyone.

Hardly looked like my suv was clean after going through to automatic car wash bay. Haven’t tried the self car wash there.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years and have always had a good experience. And to further cement my love for this place — I accidentally left something in a bay and was convinced it was gone for good. Left a voicemail and got a return call saying had set it aside for me!

Best drive thru car wash I have experienced. Very clean and the property is well taking care of. I appreciate the two workers who actually pre soaked and scrubbed the car front to rear prior to entering. Most car washes your lucky to get any help with that. Car came out very clean after driving from Portland. Didn't do anything fancy but just got the normal wash. The car looked shiny and clean afterwards. I highly recommend this company

It could be a decent car wash IF THEY WOULD PUT SOAP and other chemicals in the mutha*(&$+ing system. As I found it to be a complete waste of time and money. If there are other alternatives in Bend take them.

Tried to use the manual car wash service but the knobs didn't work. The only thing that did was the high powered spray setting. Wasted my money on getting my car wet.

Best self car wash in Bend! Coin or card and you can even load a card (for work purposes). I wash my work vehicle every week here. Always maintained and everything always works(unlike the Frog place)! So nice to have owners who care and keep their business in working order. Scott the manager is great too! Thank you.

Spent a dollar fifty trying to get any of their after care machines to work. No towels, armor all, anything. Frustrating and couldn’t get my quarters back.
