I’ve come into this Lush Cosmestics a handful of times now, as I love the Lush brand. It’s also the only Lush store here in Central Oregon, which makes it easier than waiting for shipping online. However, this is one of the most unprofessional groups of workers I’ve ever had the displeasure of talking to. I’ve gone in at a few different times now, with several different workers. Yet, I’ve only had one good experience with two of the workers there. Who actually engaged with me and helped explain the products when I had questions. Every other time now has been full of staff sitting on their phones behind the cash register, not greeting anyone at the door, and I witnessed a few instances of one of the younger staff bluntly ignoring a few of the people around me. All of this has been during the workers who seem to be there mostly in the morning/early afternoon during my visits. It’s highly unprofessional, customers get ignored, or the staff themselves are just a mess. The only good experience I’ve had was with 2 staff in the late afternoon, which seem to be the only two competent workers at this place. I wouldn’t recommend going here until they clean up their act. I will be either buying entirely online or not at all in the mean time.

The staff is wonderful and the bath bomb was amazing. Even the next day I can feel the softness it gives. The scents are calming. 100% recommended.

Lady at counter refused my recycled container which was very petty. She didn’t care to lose business. It’s ok, plenty of other business that will fight to take my money.

I never normally leave reviews but today I went in with some friends for a Bach party, we were supposed to go rafting and it got cancelled so we just went shopping around and stumbled into lush. While there the new manager found out we were a Bach party and quickly offered us a party set it up and made our day! She was so funny, kind, knowledgeable, and attentive! We were sooo happy we ended up here!!! Thank you!!!!

We wandered into the Lush store in Bend looking for multiple gifts for work. We were immediately greeted and offered assistance by Mattie. She also recruited Mounse (sp?) and Liz to help so we were able to purchase most of the gifts we needed. All of the staff were amazing! They were so patient and pleasant and made sure we looked at all options, as well as answering all of our questions. It was definitely on of the best shopping experiences I have had.

This place was absolutely amazing!!! A couple of friends and I were walking by and the different aromas drew us in. I highly recommend the Barbie massager and the gold eyeliner (they both have glitter) which gives a nice sparkly finish. A special thank you to YANA who was so kind and also informative about the products they offer. I'm visiting from out of town but I will definitely be back when I come for another visit.

This is such a great store. We celebrated my daughter's 9th birthday at Lush over the weekend. She and her friends made bath bombs, had face masks, etc. Each girl left with a bag of goodies to take home. Huge thank you to Josie and Liz for making our experience so special.
