I Asked customer service where the flash lights are. She told me isle 3.I found them but they were all locked up. Had to go back to customer service and ask them to call for for someone with a key to unlock the flash light case so I could buy one. I was not happy

Terribly understaffed so you cannot get help no matter how hard you try. Every employee is running their a$$ off working as hard and fast as possible, but there aren’t enough employees. Each employee trots around with a trail of customers following them waiting for their turn to be helped. After 45 minutes trying to get help, including 2 phone calls to customer service even though I was standing in aisle 41 in the store, I finally left my cart full of stuff and walked out because I couldn’t get help. Corporate Lowe’s: you need more employees at this location.

Lowe's has great plants, friendly employees, and usually it's not overcrowded with long lines, like the store on the hill behind Lowe's.

The worst place I have seen in a while. As a lifelong Oregonian, and being from central Oregon, I have witnessed the decline. Only the self checkout available, and so you can’t buy some items that can’t be bought at self checkout. Dozens of people lined up to check out and only one person at self checkout? They also act like they’re doing you a favor when you ask for help. Order from Amazon if you’re not in a rush. Go to ACE for customer service and support local when possible.

Was pleased to shop here, only wish the inventory was more. At the height of the planting season their pickings were very slim. Service was so good enough to make up for it.

What a poor company. I never liked going in here but today was horrible. Trying to buy a 250.00 lazer that's was locked up. Asked 2 times to get someone to unlock it. 10 more minutes and no help. Asked one last time and after seeing 5 employees standing around. Just went to home depo had the tool and back to work. Don't wast your time there like I did. This is the worst store every employee has no clue or just don't care. Just standing around with phones in hand.

I have always found what I needed here. I usually use their app to locate and item. I find it easy to use. I bought all our wood flooring from here. After I had installed it, I had a box left over. They took it back and refunded me the money right away. They have been great

We purchased a dryer that we had delivered and included “basic installation.” When they delivered the dryer, they were unable to install the exhaust duct properly because the part we had did not fit with the part the dryer required. We went to the appliances desk and waited over 15 minutes for someone to talk to us. We explained that the dryer had not been installed properly because they said we needed a different part, and we were wondering if somebody could come out and reinstall it if we bought the proper part. The person at the desk told us that the delivery people are just delivery people and do not know how to install things and it’s not really their job. Then they sent us away without any suggestions, though later after looking at the website I noticed that you can purchase installation services. I think that is important to know that when you purchase an appliance and it says it comes with installation, this is not actually true.
